Great Cleaner!

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and am thrilled with the product! The assembly process was easy to follow and all the parts fit each other nicely. While the locking mechanisms are plastic there is a sense of sturdiness in the build. It was very easy to handle and maneuver along my carpeted floor. I used it to get out a few blemishes in the carpet that had been there at least a couple of years. The bristle ability to penetrate beyond the top layer of carpet made it possible to clear out quarter sized blemishes and leave the entire room looking new and smelling great! The handheld attachments worked great on my couch armrests and helped restore them from looking worn out and dirty. It's a great product and my only wish is it had a larger water holding tank, I have a 600SF carpeted apartment and having to refill the water tank multiple times made the process a bit longer than I wished.

Solid performance with convenient attachments

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner. I appreciated the power of this carpet cleaner, which is superior to the small spot cleaner I have. It got several set-in pet stains out of my couch upholstery as well as carpets. The attachments made it easier to spot clean, which is what I typically need. It also isn't too heavy to push around like the big commercial cleaners. I did find it somewhat cumbersome to clean properly, but I think that's just part of having a complex machine like this. Overall, I'd recommend this cleaner.

Cleaning up messes of toddler and cats the easy way!

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I really enjoy using this product. So far I've used it on spot cleaning with the hose attachment and it works well! When applying the soapy water, it has a wide width it covers. To close spraying the spot it doesn't cover much, and to far it sprays on to much, such as a kitchen table chair it sprays on the ground. Still working on perfecting that. I wish the wand attachment was a bit wider so you wouldn't have to go over it so many times. I also wish the bristles were a bit longer as well, as you're scrubbing it's also sucking up the water so I don't feel like I can scrub as hard. Overall I love the shampooer and works great for cleaning up toddler and cat messes. Let's be real, no parent has time to stop and fully clean up messes, but with this handy tool I now can!

Much Needed Clean for Rental Carpets

My newest cleaning obsession! We live in a rental, so going into using this product I was nervous to see just how dirty our carpets were. I started off using the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner in my toddlers rooms, where dried milk spots and drool spotted the floor, and the cleaner quickly lifted up even the oldest, toughest spots. I already have plans to give my couch and rugs a good scrub and sanitize next! Pros: - Quick and easy to set up and disassembly for cleaning - The clear tank is satisfying to see the lifted dirt and gunk - Clean look and sturdy feel of the machine - The formulas have a great fresh scent that left my rooms looking and smelling clean - There is a specific sanitizer solution that I think will come in handy, especially after a household sickness Cons: - if you're short on closet space, this product is about the size of a vacuum - I felt the need to make multiple "dry" passes over the wet areas to really soak up the excess moisture - Left behind wet lint balls to clean up, despite dry vacuuming the rooms before using the carpet cleaner Pro tip: dry vacuum any area before using the carpet cleaner! Between a family pet, two toddlers, and a clumsy mom (me!) I know this will be a handy product for cleaning our family messes. Must Have

I recently tried this carpet cleaner, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The powerful suction removed even deeply embedded dirt. I used it to clean are rugs in our house and also our couch. The attachments to be able to clean upholstery were a must have, I was able to easily clean out couch where our dog likes to lay and my little kids like to eat. With two littles and a very active dog this carpet cleaner will get used often. I appreciated how easy it was to assemble and use, with clear instructions. The tank capacity was a good size, allowing me to clean a large area without needing to refill. It didn't leave my carpet too wet either, which helped it dry faster. It's easy to grab out of the closet and use for quick cleans. Overall, it's a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use cleaner that I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to give their carpets a deep, thorough clean. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Good all in one vacuum!

I didn't realize at first that this vacuum doubled as an upholstery cleaner and that fact alone made it much better! I do own a regular vacuum and a regular upholstery cleaner for comparison. I think this vaccum cleaner stands up to a regular vaccum very well and I like that it's light weight since the addition of water to it gives some extra weight. I will say however that the attachment and hose have a bag they can be put away in but I personally prefer for all of the pieces to a vacuum be able to be "put away" on the vacuum. The upholstery cleaner part of it isn't as strong as an upholstery cleaner alone because it's an attachment part to the vacuum but I think as a space saver it's excellent. It definately does enough to get the job done. At my house in particular its up against a toddlers mess and cat mess. I use it largely to clean my couch. I have a big fluffy fuzzy sofa and it helps to clean it off and leave a fresh smell behind on a couch that otherwise can attract some gross odors ie old milk, cat vomit etc the size is very comparable to any other vacuum and is easy to manuver. I did also notice that if you press the button for the cleaning spray while the vacuum is off it still sprays so I have made a puddle in my house a couple times trying to pick it up. Although one thing I loved about this that my other upholstery cleaner doesn't have is the self cleaning tool feature. Mine you have to suck up clean water and do a whole ordeal to keep it clean. This one has a mode you switch it to to clean its own self out! I with the upholstery attachment was a little strong but everything else about it was great. I recieved this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it was a delight to test it.

Carpet Cleaning made easy

I was so excited to receive this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have a small hand upholstery cleaner that I love, but this can do carpet much faster and it also has attachments to do upholstery as well! As anyone with children and pets knows, cleaning your carpets and upholstery is a must. I admit I have not cleaned my carpets in a very long time, so a cleaning was much overdo. First off it was easy to assemble right out of the box. I filled up the water canister and put in the cleaner. The instructions have everything you need to know. I tested it out on our small living room carpet. It was fast and simple to do, and as you will see in the photos it cleaned well. It was easy to take apart and rinse out. Make sure you vacuum your carpets prior to cleaning. It said to do this in the instructions, but I was so excited to try it out that I did not. I wish that I had however, as it left clumps of lint/hair. I think it would have been even a little easier to clean out if all of that wasn't in there. So follow the instructions!

I finally discovered the filth hiding in my carpets!

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing the Bissell TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner in exchange of my honest review. Let's start by saying that we have a small dog that sheds tons of hair, and two rough boys that carry and drag their toys up and down from the first to second floor. We have a no-pets-no-shoes-upstairs rule to minimize bringing dirt up but, it still happens. I tested the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner by dry vacuuming first multiple times my younger son's room which doubles as playroom, then I was amazed at how much dirt was hiding underneath the carpet strands. The instructions state to spray once while moving forward and back, then release the spray and move forward and back on the sprayed area. At each pass I could see it was pulling lots of disgusting wads of dirt and at one point I thought the carpet itself was getting damaged from the suction but no, it was all filth getting lifted up. All dirt from living in this house for the last 4 years has never been deep cleaned like this. The cleaner itself has the same height of a regular vacuum cleaner, but I wished it was a bit easier to maneuver. It came with 1 cleaning solution and the tank tells you the filling line. The dirty water tank collects what is picked up from the brushed carpet and even though I wish it was larger I realized that it's more manageable to work in small batches if you want to get to really clean it. I noticed the cleaning solution needed per tank of water is about 1.5oz and it has a nice fresh scent without being too overpowering or too much of chemical smell. One thing I remember having trouble with is emptying the dirty water tank. The filth was mixed in the water and I thought of pouring it in the bathtub to prevent clogs by picking the wads of dirt so it wouldn't get to the drain. It was very nasty to say the least but now I feel the carpet is a lot cleaner. Next time I think I will empty the water tank outside I'm the backyard. I
