I recently tried this carpet cleaner, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The powerful suction removed even deeply embedded dirt. I used it to clean are rugs in our house and also our couch. The attachments to be able to clean upholstery were a must have, I was able to easily clean out couch where our dog likes to lay and my little kids like to eat. With two littles and a very active dog this carpet cleaner will get used often. I appreciated how easy it was to assemble and use, with clear instructions. The tank capacity was a good size, allowing me to clean a large area without needing to refill. It didn't leave my carpet too wet either, which helped it dry faster. It's easy to grab out of the closet and use for quick cleans. Overall, it's a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use cleaner that I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to give their carpets a deep, thorough clean. A lifesaver during a lovely yet messy holiday season!

I'll start by saying this carpet cleaner, kindly gifted by the Stellar Product Testing Panel (THANK YOU!), couldn't have arrived at a more opportune time. It was delivered just days before Christmas, the very day my darling children decided it was a great idea to stomp wildly on a gel-filled drawing pad hard enough to make it pop. Whatever mystery goo fortified with non-washable blue pigment they use to fill that thing squirted out all over our light carpet. With no bandwidth to deal with it on Christmas Eve Eve, I sprayed it with some basic cleaner and hoped for the best. Bad move. After Christmas Day, I finally tried the carpet cleaner. It was really simple to assemble in a minute and was up and running in just a couple more. Had I not been too lazy to assemble it days ago, it would have undoubtedly taken care of the unidentified blue ink-slime instantaneously. However, since the stain was dry, my expectations were low. I used upright mode to first clean the whole speckled area. It was easy to use and cleaned an alarming amount of unseen dirt from the carpet. Yikes -- I've never had a stronger desire to clean the rest of the carpets before. So powerful and effective! It dulled the blue spots to barely there, but I wanted to see if the brush attachment could finish the job. To my surprise and delight, whatever toxic sludge they use actually came out about 98% of the way. Only I would noice the faint discoloration. Afterwards, the dirty water tank was super easy to remove, empty, and rinse. The best part was the self-clean mode on the brush head, as I have a nearly 15-year-old Bissell handheld spot cleaner still in use, and cleaning the brush head interior is always the hardest part. Such an improvement! First pass at this carpet cleaner was a great success, which is wonderful because my kids ended Christmas Day with a stomach flu that's still raging. Thankful for the easy and thorough ability to make quick work of those unexpected messes of the holidays. Oof.

Lightweight and easy to use!

I recently used this carpet cleaner for the first time to do an overall cleanup in our home. While we don't have pets, we do have a 7-year-old who can make quite a mess, so this cleaner got a good test. I was impressed with how lightweight and easy it was to maneuver, even during longer cleaning sessions. The tools attach easily, making it simple to reach tight spaces and clean stairs. After using it, the carpets smelled fresh and looked noticeably cleaner, which was a big win. The only downside is that the water tank is smaller than those on heavier-duty models, so it needs to be emptied more frequently. Overall, I'm very happy with the convenience and performance of this carpet cleaner-it's perfect for moderate household cleaning needs!

Sucks the dirt right out!

I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I've tested a number of Bissell floor care products and this is definitely one I'll be using regularly! It's a lightweight but heavy duty carpet cleaner that did a great job on high traffic carpets in our home. Between two teens, a dog, and lots of visitors, our carpets get pretty dirty. I was astounded by how much dirt the Turbo Clean sucked out. Bissell wins 5 stars on this one for including latches on either side of the dirty water tank which make it super easy to remove, empty, then snap in place. The water + solution tank is also super easy to fill. Bissell also does a good job of making their products easy to clean after use. One of the things I liked the most about this product was how easy it is to carry around the house. I've found other heavy duty carpet cleaners really cumbersome, but this one isn't and the result is that I've been more inclined to pull it out and use it more frequently. It's just about as easy as pulling out a vacuum. Oh...and the attachments are a plus as well and make getting into tight spots really easy. Overall, I'm really happy with this product and I'm tossing the phone number for the carpet cleaning service we use a few times a year. No need for a professional service when it's this easy to do it on your own.

Such an easy setup and compact design!

I was able to put it together in under 10 minutes with my 2 year old at my hip. What I absolutely loved about the carpet cleaner was how just a little bit of the included solution went a long way. I was able to clean the carpet in my living room (about a 400 sq ft room), my 3-seat sofa, and loveseat with only one cycle of water. The entire room smelled so fresh and even traveled upstairs. The smell was very light and airy and didn't bother my daughter who is sensitive to smells. Although I do not have any pets, I do have twin toddlers who are 2 and a 5 year old. Months prior they dropped blue play dough on the floor and while attempting to clean it up, some of the dye transferred onto our light brown carpet. It took about 3 passes, but eventually the carpet cleaner was able to remove the stain and have it look brand new again. Best of all, it didn't take very long for the carpet to dry. I came back after about 30 minutes and my carpet was completely dry in most areas. Now the not so good: The box showed that there should be two sample solutions included, but I only received one. Although taking the carpet cleaner apart to clean is extremely easy (like takes less than 5 minutes to clean type easy), the clear section at the base doesn't appear to be able to be cleaned. I included photos to help see what I'm referring to. My worry is if it'll pose an issue with the effectiveness of the carpet cleaner long term. Lastly, the carpet cleaner includes an attachable hose for upholstery cleaning. It comes in a black bag for storage, but I would've preferred if there was somewhere on the carpet cleaner itself to store the hose. This isn't a major issue as attaching the hose is super easy and it works beautifully! I was able to remove a few different stains off the sofa and loveseat with it. I just would've preferred being able to hang it when I was done. I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

This Bissell TurboClean carpet cleaner takes clean to a new level. After using our favorite Bissel vacuum for multiple passes, we ran the TurboClean.... I have to say the amount of dirt, grime, etc that the TurboClean picked up is amazing. This is easy to clean, easy to use, and is lightweight. The handheld brush cleaned our couch with ease. This is a must have for anyone with kids or pets! Thanks to Stellar Panel for the chance to try out this carpet cleaner.

Small footprint and great at cleaning!

I cleaned my area rugs at entryway points that get the dirtiest. It did a great job at cleaning and it vacuumed at the same time but it did leak a lot. It's lightweight and easy to manuver. It took only a couple of minutes to add more water and solution to the clean water tank as it empties quickly. It's so simple to assemble and use. This is a perfect size for someone with just area rugs. Adding a drip tray to catch the leaks would be awesome! The solution smells great and not too overpowering.

Assembly and storage: It came in a compact box but it was super easy to assemble, just two screws and ready to go without following complicated manuals. I like that the handle can go in for compact storage even after assembled too. Usage: The cleaner is small and lightweight which makes it easy to maneuver and carry around and is great for quick cleanup of messes, it can even be used to clean up stairs. The small size make it a little slower to use for cleaning up a whole room or bigger areas but it can handle that too if you're ok refilling multiple times. It only took 2 tanks to clean up the whole carpet in a room, not bad. I loved that it could go all the way to the edge of the wall. It is nice to have a cleaner like this for spot or whole room cleanup. Filling and cleaning it up: The tank for the cleaning solution and water is very easy to take in and out and refill, it has markings included so you always know the right mix of water and cleaning solution. The dirty water tank is at the front so you can see what you're picking up as you go and is easy to take off and put back as well although it has a weird shape inside so taking out the dirty water requires a little bit of shaking and I fear over time some dirt will get trapped inside. You can also remove the filter and part of the suction front for clean up. Results: It left my room smelling clean as I went and didn't leave the carpet too wet, it dried up within 12 hrs. The cleaning solution did leave the carpet a little stiff at the beginning but definitely looking and smelling cleaner, totally worth it! Definitely recommend it for quick clean ups or smaller areas.
