A must have for every pet parent

With two dogs in the house (and three two-legged children too) this is my new favorite carpet cleaner! It's light weight so I don't dread getting it out and the water container is easy to empty so there isn't a huge mess cleaning up after. The upholstery attachment might be my favorite thing. Within days of getting the cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel we had my larger dog leave a mess on my white dining room chair and my little dog throw up on the front rug. Also had my kids track mud into the back hall rug. The Bissell was able to tackle all the messes easily and I know this is going to get a LOT of use in our house. My only critique is that the clean water handle is blue so I keep trying to pick up the cleaner using that handle and it lifts off the water basin instead. But other than that, it's a great machine for cleaning up every day pet (and kid) messes!

The Bissell TurboClean Pet Carpet and Upholstery cleaner is easy to use and effective. This carpet cleaner is about the same size as our upright vacuum. It does not take up too much room in our small townhouse. The design is intuitive and the water tanks click into place easily. I really appreciate how the clean water tank has easy to use markings for adding warm water and cleaning solution to make sure to use the right amount. I also love the antibacterial cleaner option as our son plays on this rug every day! There is a separate hose than can attach to the carpet cleaner with 2 attachments to reach smaller areas, like stairs or corners of the room. The TurboClean carpet cleaner works effectively and quickly. I was able to clean our 68" x 94" rug in under 15 minutes after our son went to bed. The clean water reservoir was the perfect size for cleaning this rug. If you were using the cleaner on a larger carpeted area, you would need to refill the tank. For our townhouse set up, I prefer the sleeker design over a larger water reservoir. Using multiple passes on the rug, it was dry by the time our little one got up in the morning! The dirty water reservoir was easy to empty and clean. The TurboClean carpet cleaner removed pet stains from our cats and a set-in coffee stain from when my son knocked my coffee out of my hand a couple weeks ago! It is a relief knowing how much cleaner our carpet is after using the TurboClean carpet cleaner! Thank you to Stellar Panel for providing us with this carpet cleaner - it has already become a staple in our cleaning routine to keep our house as safe and clean as possible for our son!

Handy and lightweight

I received the Bissell TurboClean Pet upright carpet cleaner for free as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel. The assembly of the unit was simple and straight forward, and the box it came in was fairly small for an upright vacuum. I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight it was while still feeling sturdy. There is a large accessory bag to hold the attachments and the hose, but I wish there was integrated storage on the vacuum so I didn't have to find another spot to hang the bag. The maneuverability was comparable to other Bissell upright vacuums we have tested, but it was much lighter than other upright carpet cleaners. The TurboClean made light work of muddy paw prints on our area carpet, and using the hose attachment we were able to get a stain out of the couch. I wish it was a little more portable so it could have been used to clean the car. We are big road trippers and our cars get even more messy from the dogs

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner. This carpet cleaner was so fun to test out. It comes in a medium size box, and the larger parts are unassembled. The instruction manual is well-written and easy to understand, so the assembly is very simple. The size of the actual carpet cleaner is great. It is small enough to fit in a cramped closet, but still tall enough that I and my 6 ft husband can use it comfortably. The power is great. It sprays a decent amount of soap & solution, and the sucks it up very well- the rug I used it on was damp afterwards, but dry enough that I didn't have to worry about it a few hours later. The included tools are also easy to attach and use. It maneuvers very well- my 1 year old loved pushing it around because of how easily it rolls. I used it primarily on a rug that was once an ivory color with lots of bright patterns- that has a lot of grimy grey now. I vacuumed a couple of areas and was pleased that my husband could tell exactly where I used it.

My Home Smells Like New

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Specifically, the TurboClean™ Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner, and I have to say I was blown away by this things performance and overall ability. The body itself was far less bulky than previous cleaners I've operated, and it felt incredibly light in comparison. It was much easier to push around the floor and over carpet. So much so that upon first use, I did two separate rugs in different floors and our whole stairway! I couldn't believe how much dirt and grime this cleaner pulled up from our rugs and carpet. To be honest, the cleaner was a huge help as well because we own "ruggables" which can be difficult to wash at home or you need to pay to take them to a laundromat. This solved that issue in a big way and brought our carpet back to life. Even the scent from the Bissell cleaning solution was amazing. My office smells and feels so much cleaner with years of the excess debris and dust pulled out of the stairs and rug. Another great feature to this carpet cleaner was how easy the reservoir pieces are to remove and fill and clean after finishing. I found the intuitive and well made for a simple process. Even the additional cleaning tools were as simple to exchange out and clean with. The crevice and tough stain tools were excellent at getting difficult to reach spots and still get the same cleaning power. After thorough use because I was so impressed, I was dismayed that the hose dropped with the tough stain tool attachment and the clear plastic top cover partially broke. I understand why it's removable to be cleaned and so forth but after trying to reattach the pieces I can see why they might break as they are very tiny and possibly fragile. The hose dropped from vacuum level or lower as I was finishing a spot on the carpet floor. Much Needed Clean for Rental Carpets

My newest cleaning obsession! We live in a rental, so going into using this product I was nervous to see just how dirty our carpets were. I started off using the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner in my toddlers rooms, where dried milk spots and drool spotted the floor, and the cleaner quickly lifted up even the oldest, toughest spots. I already have plans to give my couch and rugs a good scrub and sanitize next! Pros: - Quick and easy to set up and disassembly for cleaning - The clear tank is satisfying to see the lifted dirt and gunk - Clean look and sturdy feel of the machine - The formulas have a great fresh scent that left my rooms looking and smelling clean - There is a specific sanitizer solution that I think will come in handy, especially after a household sickness Cons: - if you're short on closet space, this product is about the size of a vacuum - I felt the need to make multiple "dry" passes over the wet areas to really soak up the excess moisture - Left behind wet lint balls to clean up, despite dry vacuuming the rooms before using the carpet cleaner Pro tip: dry vacuum any area before using the carpet cleaner! Between a family pet, two toddlers, and a clumsy mom (me!) I know this will be a handy product for cleaning our family messes. I used this TurboClean Upright Pet Carpet Cleaner for all carpeted areas in a 3500sq.ft. home before family arrived for the holidays. Everything was so much cleaner especially the high traffic areas, and the carpets smelled so fresh too!! It proved it's deep cleaning abilities 500% when our Huskey got sick in the livingroom on Christmas Day morning just hours before company arriving. This carpet cleaner's power impressed me with the cleanliness but also how much it sucked back from the carpets so barely damp. Saved our home on the holiday.

This carpet and upholstery cleaner is a great and easy to use product. While celebrating the holidays, red wine was spilled on a brand new couch. Thankfully, this product had just arrived and been set up the previous day! It was able to remove the stain completely and truly was a Christmas miracle! I hurried so fast I unfortunately wasn't able to snag a pic, but we were so grateful to have this on hand! The day before as mentioned I cleaned our upstairs carpets and the dirty water that came from it was so satisfying!
