The first unit I received was defective and didn't provide a steady stream of steam. Called support and after a little bit of proof they sent me a new one. I went with 4* because the tools can become loose when using. With a pad on and pulling down the wall, if you rotate to push down to the floor the pad rotates which unlocks it. Don't forget it's hot when you try to twist it back on.
