Would not recommend due to design issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mostly to clean my bathroom but I don't find myself reaching for it very often due to a few issues. 1. The attachments love to fall off. They swap by rotation and by just using the tool like normal, the attachments naturally rotate and fall off the machine. 2. The steam isn't pressurized. I didn't realized that this would make such a big difference but because the steam isn't forced from the machine, it's not at powerful to "pressure wash" away grime. You really have to scrub at it which is an issue because the attachments fall off. 3. It's quite cumbersome. This version doesn't have a flexible hose so you need to lift the entire machine in awkward positions to get in tight spaces. The machine itself is light enough, but not comfortable to hold in the air for several minutes. You also have to continually pull the trigger to get steam. Overall, it works as advertised but there are several design flaws that would prevent me from recommending this to a friend.

Stopped working after a few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop worked well at first but then stopped producing steam. I cleaned the filter, and it will maybe work once again but the next time I try to use it there is no steam. It's now completely unreliable and I'm ready to toss it.

You have to hold it all the way in to get any reaction. Does a fairly decent job of the floor. I will probably go back to my spin mop and vinegar water which is less tiring.
