[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is small but mighty. I used it to clean floorboards, seems, deep clean the bathroom walls and ceilings of moisture mildew. It worked very well and did the job. It came with a bunch of attachments, but none of them really worked well for the bathtub. Literally my only gripe. I thought the spray of steam would be stronger, but strength isn't necessary because it worked well regardless. #sweepstakes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know I gave it four stars, but it is just what I needed to clean the shower and the floor. My only complaint is having to hold the button the whole time I am steaming. I know why it is designed that way, but if you have weak arthritic hands, it becomes a real chore to keep it pushed up. I will have to find a solution. But all in all a great machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop 2075 Series back on March 9, 2019. I tried to use it for a few months but it's been in my cleaning product closet for most of the time - about 4 1/2 years. I finally told my husband I was going to throw it because it was a piece of junk. He took it and checked it out and said the steam comes out but as soon as you put the mop head on, you can't hear the steam unless you lift it up. I had an Oreck prior to this and I could always hear the steam but when it finally quit working, I thought I'd try Bissell. After my husband blew air and water out of it, I tried it again today and I'm still not pleased. The floor gets damp and the mop head wipes up any dirt but it certainly does not feel sanitized or really clean. Lesson learned - no more Bissell products at my house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! I've only had it a few weeks. The hand held is powerful and the mop does a great job. My only complaint is the fact that one must hold the level down the entire time you are using it. This was not thought out. The moment you let up, even a little, it stops dead. Hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Still love it and REALLY LOVE that a portion of the proceeds is given to animal rescue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and the ability to refill the tank without waiting for it to cool down. However, the steam output is not consistent. It only has a small burst of powerful steam. For the most part I can put my had in front of the steam and not have it hurt my hand.

Really Great for Tough Stains, Not So Great For Wide Areas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did some research prior to this purchase to figure out what would be the best steam cleaner. I live in a house with 3 other people and 3 cats. So I need some serious heft behind whatever cleaning tools I'm using. After doing some comparison, I finally landed on this mop. Pros: - Works CRAZY well on tough stains. I was able to scrub off serious soap scum in the tub almost instantly. - Lots of attachments for getting into tiny nook and crannies. - Replacement attachments are available - The recommended cleaning solution smells super good Cons: - When scrubbing tough stains or even mopping tough stains on the floor, you have to put some elbow grease into it. It WILL get the stain removed, but for really bad stains, I basically have keep the mop over the stain and hold down the steam button for a good 30 seconds. - (Related) It's not great for cleaning wide areas. For example, that soap scum in the bathroom? Because the scrub brush attachment is so small, I was basically scrubbing 1 square inch at a time. There is an attachment for cleaning wider swathes with the handheld attachment, but that's not super helpful when dealing with tough stains. Your hand will probably be hurting by the end of your cleaning because of constantly holding the steam button. - The cleaning solution, while great smelling, gets used up super quickly. I filled the tank all the way up and by the time I finished cleaning my kitchen floors and counters (which are not large), the tank was half empty. Part of that was having to keep my finger on the button basically the whole time between tough stains and getting enough moisture on the floor to effectively mop, but it makes me think twice about using the recommended solution if I'm going to tear through it. Overall, it's still a super good product, but I may look to get a second mop that's better for broader, less deep cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too heavy to use. After a couple of months it stopped. I finally looked in the book the only thing it says is shake the pod to let the two reach the water level. Hello what does that mean? I got a hold of the tube and the little round thing is all corroded, although I was using distilled water, but it still is corroded I have tried to clean it, but it floats around in the water. I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be or not how about a better troubleshooting guide
