[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans well enough, but ergonomically, it's not good. The staff is not long enough for a 5 foot 8 inch person so you end up being bent. Also, having to pull the trigger continuously is a strain on the hand and wrist muscles. Disappointed.

I use it for all sorts of other things from cleaning edges, grout, baseboards, and even my linen chairs/headboard. I will say in mop mode it is a little too heavy and makes my arm sore when I do my whole kitchen, but for how well it works it's worth the arm workout

The only issue is that I have to constantly hold the button for the steam and the top is quite heavy to hold for some time. This is a great option for small apts and condos.

There are two things that I do not like about the steam mop. The first thing is the very long electrical cord. I find it makes the work harder as it constantly interferes with cleaning. The second thing is the weight of the product. I am not a strong person and find it difficult to maneuver. I wanted this for the longest time and I am disappointed.
