Highly recommend this steamer. Used it on my wood floors and on the tile floor in my bathroom. Everything was clean and shiny. The biggest issue I have is removing hair spray from bathroom floors. This steamer generates enough steam to make the job simple! It is lightweight and maneuvers very easily. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot to like, it cleans really well in almost every use case and there's a good amount of attachments that are actually functional. It's not perfect though. The cord is cumbersome, and actually a bit too long. And there isn't a well thought out cord keeper on the unit itself, or on the wall mounted storage. A retractable cord, or cord wraps on the unit would have gone a long way. As it is you're expected to just coil it up on your own. Secondly, the storage isn't very well thought out. There isn't a place to hold all the attachments, so some end up in a drawer or cabinet. It doesn't make sense. Lastly, the attachments attach to the main unit somewhat loosely, and are prone coming loose during use. I find myself constantly having to lock them back into place. Non of these are deal breakers, but all could have been avoided with better design decisions. It cleans well enough that I can overlook them, though. Hopefully there will be a 2.0 version in the future that addresses these issues.
