[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small tools don't fit with extension hose right side up. I specifically purchased it to be able to scrub kitchen floor grout standing up. But I have to flip it upside down and it's awkward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why is the trigger so small? I swear I've gotten a blister from trying to keep the trigger pressed while cleaning my floors. The trigger should be like the crosswave's trigger. I like the steamer but the trigger makes it really hard to use for a long period of time.
