Wow, this is a wonderful product.

This product is superior to the power-fresh model. It has a wonderful feeling once it's on, you just want to keep cleaning. I finally has the opportunity to use since our island Puerto Rico was devastated due to hurricane Maria. Thank you for this free sample and it's a joy being your customer. Well engineered product!!

The only problem I have with this mop is that it is a little top heavy, sometimes hard to maneuver.

I use this product on all my tile, granite, shower, glass stove top too! It's works great. Not only is this disinfecting these surfaces, but it's doing so without harsh chemicles and better for the atmosphere. No more wet wipes or cleaners. The surfaces dry quickly. I have three dogs and it's non toxic for them too. I love how light weight and versatile it is too! I made a great choice!

Works great but short run time

I have the older model steam mop cleaner that i believe works better on floors. This model runs out of steam quickly and when I called customer support they told me to turn the machine off and let it rest and it will work again which is true, however once you start to cleaning I really dont want to stop. When I first started to use the machine it ran for a longer period of time know as it gets older I have to turn it off more frequently. I like all the features and attachments but the short use time is frustrating. I have used on the kitchen counter tops and shower works great when its working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The item I recieved appeared to me to be an item that had been returned to you that you sold to me. The parts weren't individually wrapped ot securely placed in the box. They were in there haphazardly. In any event, I tried it anyway. The steam was not constant or consistant. The pads flupped and flopped on their attached base. Thinking that I recieved a return item, I would love to use and review a brand new item.

FINALLY!! THE DREAM-STEAM MOP!!

Upon learning of my win I was SO excited to check out every feature on this unit. And, there are many! It is exactly the cleaner I'd daydreamed about! This multi-faceted machine had taken me a while to put to use most of the features. I started with the obvious, being the floor steamer, on a tile floor in our upstairs bath. I'd already bought a BISSELL steam floor cleaner, which is totally awesome (BISSELL offers the absolute best in Customer Service, so I'm sticking with them until when, OR IF, that changes)! I'd purchased for use specifically on hardwood, and tile flooring on the upper level of our home. Our basement is currently under construction, with a walk-in shower - all tile. This 'mop' is a whiz for the floor, seat, AND walls inside this newest shower, though it did take longer to heat to a steam. Once I was familiar with how it worked, I was able to clean even the jagged, uneven tiles inside this area with ease. It's a large bathroom with mostly tile. The cleaner made this chore seem more like fun, after the effort it took to clean previously. When contractors are not here, creating heavy dust, THIS steam cleaner is the one I'll always use for ALL surfaces down there. Chronic pain issues slow me down; added to that, this summer a tick bite left a nasty remnant (RMSF, for anyone familiar) of its bite. That & COMPANY from CA almost continually, had left me struggling to do anything - especially cleaning! Each time I've used this steamer, it is with immense gratitude, as it makes me feel HAPPY! I've cleaned those nasty little crevices in the tracks in shower bi-pass doors (2 showers), where soap, dirt, and scum collect, almost unabated. It was horrific! The very handy nozzle completely eliminated this easily! Exterior window sills are SO EASY now! SO MUCH TO SAY, not enough space to say it! I wholeheartedly enjoy using it, & highly recommend this product. Anxiously awaiting usage of the window cleaner/squeegee, which arrived broken, but was quickly replaced
