Works pretty good . I use it on my hardwood and vinyl tile . It is very top heavy and fatiguing compared to my old Bissell steam mop . Hard to hold the trigger down , takes excessive pressure . Otherwise , it cleans the floors well , heats up quick , fills easy .

Much sturdier that a previous steam mop I had used. Use it every where - kitchen and bath floors, shower stalls, stains from pets on carpet, cleaning the disgusting gunk from around kitchen and bathroom faucets - - how does that get there when you're waching with soap to clean things and ourselves??? Such a great tool for multiple use situations. Do not know how I cleaned before.

Disappointing product

I purchased the Bissell Steam Mop with high hopes, especially given the brand's reputation for quality cleaning products. I only used it around once every few months-just on a quarterly basis-so it wasn't overworked. However, after about a year of occasional use, I began to notice issues. First, it started leaking water. At first, I thought it might be a simple issue with the water tank, but soon it became clear that the leak was coming from the body of the unit itself. The mop began dripping water all over the floor, which made it unusable for cleaning. I expected better durability from a product at this price point. The occasional use should not have caused this kind of wear and tear. While it did clean effectively when it was working, the fact that it started leaking after such light use is incredibly disappointing. Given its price and the relatively low usage, I expected more longevity and reliability. Overall, I can't recommend the Bissell Steam Mop based on my experience. If you're looking for a product that will last beyond a year, you might want to consider other options.
