[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the slim steamer to do all my linoleum and hardwood floors. I haven't ventured out to use the hand-held attachment. I like it very much so far. My only issue was that it seems hard to push on the floor-----It may be that I had the microfiber pad on wrong. :-) It does a wonderful job on the floors and takes no time at all. I'm very pleased.

I love my PowerFresh mop! My floors are glowing! Only compliant would be the handheld part is a little awkward to get in small spaces. But it's not a big enough complaint to take off a star!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3 in 1 steam mop by Bissel way outperforms my old Shark steam mop that broke and why I needed to purchase a new mop. I have arthritis and lower back problems and three cats and the Bissell steam mop and attachments made cleaning easy, fast, more sanitized, and deep disinfected then my old steam mop. I cleaned all my floors, bathroom, kitchen, and freshened some walls in under two hours. It is an easy product to use and I love the scent the discs leaves. Makes the whole house smell clean and fresh. I have been telling all my friends to order this one! I highly recommend Bissell 3 in 1 steam mop!
