[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the slim steam mop for the tile floors. I also like the detachable steamer for the bathroom shower tile and grout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with this item. It cleans well and the floors dry quickly. We are using it on tile floors and on wood laminate floors. We have not used all the smaller attachments, yet but are looking forward to using them too.

Badically a good product. I cannot give it 5 stars because it is pnly good for light cleaning of both tile and hardwood floors. Not sufficient pressure and zero rotation for deeper cleaning. However, that is to be expected as Bissell has deeper ckeaning products designed for this purpose. I find this product works bedt if First, vacuum; next, wet mop, then use the steam cleaner. On first use, Inheld the steam trigger on too long resulting in too much water output. A little practice remedied this self-created probkem. I like the oroduct and recommend its purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it is heavy to use and I wish it had a steam control with continuous steam instead of steam on demand. I also wish the cord were longer.

Good item. Only used it a few times but seems to be a good idea. Not 5 star because I haven't had it long enough to be sure.
I would recommend this to a friend!
