[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second steam mop from Bissell since the first one works so well that I decided I needed to stockpile a replacement just in case. In this Covid-19 pandemic, it is comforting to clean my tile floors with live steam, which I do at least every other day and sometimes daily, depending on how hysterically germaphobic I feel. I've also noticed that the grout is also brightening up, something that my Hoover steam mop did not do as good a job on even with the Hoover cleaning solution, and the Hoover steam mop was much more effective than the Shark mop that preceded it. Definitely a product I heartily recommend.

Used to clean hardwood and tiled floor. Easily removed stains and oily stains from both surfaces. Didn't have to use heavy steam setting.
