[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a steam cleaning machine since getting my new toy! Used it on tile floors, they're looking cleaner than ever. I thought they were pretty darn clean using my regular mopping routine ... it took one steam cleaning to prove myself wrong. I wanted to try steam for awhile for its simple, powerful, CHEMICAL FREE cleaning power. Love it so far! Have used the attachments on countertops, inside the microwave, around faucets, on shower glass, toilets (see prior comment about thinking something is clean till you steam, ew). Even went over my king sized mattress & couch to freshen up the fabric, family noticed how "fresh" the house feels lately. Have some 1980s fabulous linoleum in a spare bathroom that desperately needs replacement, but after steaming the stuff it doesn't seem so old & nasty. Probably took 10 years off its appearance, lol. I cannot wait to get at my stove with that scraper attachment! Love how versatile this thing is. Sturdy. Easy to use. I want to steam clean EVERYTHING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product is really good. the tile in my kitchen is very old and porous, even with suitable cleaning products I could not clean the blackened pores. But after two cleaning sessions with the steam mop my tile is white again. Grout accessories work great. The cons for me is the fact that after a while you get tired in your arm from the weight and also that it did not clean everything at the first use ... But i bought it for an issue a couldn't resolve another way, so for cleaning routine it must be a charm.
