[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the slim steamer to do all my linoleum and hardwood floors. I haven't ventured out to use the hand-held attachment. I like it very much so far. My only issue was that it seems hard to push on the floor-----It may be that I had the microfiber pad on wrong. :-) It does a wonderful job on the floors and takes no time at all. I'm very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not impressed!!! I have another steamer by bissel that was WAY cheaper and it does a better job!! I actually HATE this steamer! The head actually cracked on it already. I don't think it steams the floors well at all. The spot you put the water into is very awkward. It does NOT stand on its own, is heavy and NO where to wrap the cord.

It even got the tarry baked-on grease on my oven door window clean - a fete we had almost given up on! The detachable handheld steamer and all its attachments makes the mop so flexible and resourceful. I just need to pick up some additional pads and attachments to keep the cleaning implements separate for bathroom versus kitchen counter uses (to meet my personal "ick" factor needs). I am super satisfied with this purchase!

I thought they were pretty darn clean using my regular mopping routine ... it took one steam cleaning to prove myself wrong. I wanted to try steam for awhile for its simple, powerful, CHEMICAL FREE cleaning power. Love it so far! Have used the attachments on countertops, inside the microwave, around faucets, on shower glass, toilets (see prior comment about thinking something is clean till you steam, ew). Even went over my king sized mattress & couch to freshen up the fabric, family noticed how "fresh" the house feels lately. Have some 1980s fabulous linoleum in a spare bathroom that desperately needs replacement, but after steaming the stuff it doesn't seem so old & nasty. Probably took 10 years off its appearance, lol. I cannot wait to get at my stove with that scraper attachment! Love how versatile this thing is. Sturdy. Easy to use. I want to steam clean EVERYTHING!
