I used this product to steam my kitchen floor as well as the bathroom and my wood floor. I haven't used it in a while and today its just making a humming noise

I will say it is a bit top heavy and my arm gets sore doing my whole kitchen, but it's so effective I don't mind. From floor to ceiling, this mop makes cleaning a breeze I love that it's an all in one tool. I like that it has scent pads but I also just use a cotton pad with a few drops of essential oils and it does the trick for me. The only draw back I would say is the weight of the mop, it can get a little tiring if you use it a lot. But all in all it's been super good to us! Great purchase!
