OMG!! IT'S A 3-IN-1 STEAM MOP BEST ONE EVER I love all the attachments and the grout tool and the fabric steamer and of course the main steam mop and the settings smartset I would recommend this to anyone who has all hard floors A MUST HAVE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used my new Steam Mop one time so it's a little early to review it as I feel I may not be giving it a fair rating. I was very disappointed when I started to mop my kitchen ceramic floor as it seemed like I'd only hear a little shoot of steam every now and then and the floor didn't even seem damp. So then I called customer support and watched the trouble shooting video and after doing everything I was told to do (including putting a paper clip in the hole at the end of the stick), it seemed better but I'm still not completely sold it is doing the best job possible. I purchased this product because of the excellent reviews and because of all the little tools included which I am looking forward to trying but have not used yet. I'm hoping my review will be changed to 5 stars once I've given this product more of a chance!

Excellent for hardwood and tile floors

Used to clean hardwood and tiled floor. Easily removed stains and oily stains from both surfaces. Didn't have to use heavy steam setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The steam is quite strong for a household steamer and the different attachments make it a useful tool for several jobs. It is lightweight and easy to use, only complaint is it is a little addictive!
