great cleaner but the brushes need inproved on

Great product but the grout tool bush & the other brushes break down quickly, like after 1 use. They should last longer then that. The good news is that if the machine is still in warranty they will replace the parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving it a 4 star, 4.5 my actual number. I have used it once on the entire (did not move furniture) house (about 2300 sq ft) tile floors. It is a little challenging to keep the button held down for large cleaning areas. The steam was consistent, never had issues as I was cleaning running out of steam. It is a little awkward to maneuver in tight spaces and does not lay flat to go under furniture like beds. Overall I recommend this mop, I have not ever owned or used a steam mop and am very pleased with my first full house cleaning use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for everything ! Bathroom and kitchen counters/floors, stove, bbq grill, steam my curtains and detail my car, it works great!!!! And is so easy to use and easy to switch out attatchents, did I mention how clean it Leaves everything!.. The only 3 bad things are..1) the steam stops for a few seconds while using it but starts right back up so it's no biggie 2) the bristles on the tools melt on a single use they are more like disposable tools.. 3) the deodorizer disks were not in the box.

Just purchased this steam mop and I am in love! Came home right away to try it out and very impressed. Super easy set up, I was up and "steaming" in 15 minutes. First project was to tackle the grout in my kitchen. I started in a small area and because of the dampness, I couldn't tell at first if it worked. I decided to try out my bathroom tile while I waited for kitchen floor to dry. I came back after tackling some of the bathroom and boy, was I surprised! My grout looked brand new! Was so excited I finished the entire kitchen grout and mopped and moved to my other bathroom. In an hour I had cleaned tile and grout in a kitchen and bathroom. Can't wait to try some of the other attachments later.
