I use this steam mop for my floors and shower when I do my regular cleaning, it works well without needing additional cleaners. I have used it to clean the grout on the floors. They look good, but that took a bit more "elbow grease".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for getting things super clean around the house, cleaner than using chemicals. I have used it in my kitchen on the stove, refrigerator, counter tops, and sink. I have used it to clean the tile floors in my bathroom and the tub, toilet, and sink. I can honestly say bathrooms have never been cleaner, same with kitchen. And I have also used it to clean the hard plastic surfaces in my car. Attachements are easy to interchange, but heed the warning to turn off steam and wait one minute before changing an attachment. There are a few minor downsides to the steam mop. The steam is not continuous and can test one's patience doing larger surfaces like bathroom floors and shower. Device has a very long electrical cord, which is great for cleaning large rooms, don't have to plug and unplug, but a minor hassle to manage and keep out of the way. Overall it is a great product for the household. Good size, easy to store and handle, and has an affordable price point. It is a great alternative for those who do not want to use any sort of chemicals to clean house. The steam cleaner does a better job than any chemical product I have used.

It's not heavy, cleans hard-to-reach spaces, and i find i don't strain my back as much as with a regular mop. Also love being able to clean our mattress, windows and more with all the attachments.
