[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for getting things super clean around the house, cleaner than using chemicals. I have used it in my kitchen on the stove, refrigerator, counter tops, and sink. I have used it to clean the tile floors in my bathroom and the tub, toilet, and sink. I can honestly say bathrooms have never been cleaner, same with kitchen. And I have also used it to clean the hard plastic surfaces in my car. Attachements are easy to interchange, but heed the warning to turn off steam and wait one minute before changing an attachment. There are a few minor downsides to the steam mop. The steam is not continuous and can test one's patience doing larger surfaces like bathroom floors and shower. Device has a very long electrical cord, which is great for cleaning large rooms, don't have to plug and unplug, but a minor hassle to manage and keep out of the way. Overall it is a great product for the household. Good size, easy to store and handle, and has an affordable price point. It is a great alternative for those who do not want to use any sort of chemicals to clean house. The steam cleaner does a better job than any chemical product I have used.

The best part is the tool kit, which I've used for grout and scrapping off burnt off food. The only part I don't like, which seems to be a common complaint, is that you have to hold down the power button the entire time you're using the mop. It's not difficulty, it's just a nuisance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually I'm quite disappointed in my bissell. I had a shark before for many years but it died but I was happy with it. Consumer report recommended your steamer as one of the best so we bought it. After using it the first no steam was coming out of the pad. My husband tested it without the pad and at each connection steam was emitted. At this point we called the factory tech and reviewed all the previous comments with him.he agreed to send us new pads. We have tried them but still not a lot of steam. If no results we will be returning the steamer for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Judy. Please note there won't be a lot of visible steam while you're mopping as the steam is directed at the floor.

We as a family are very health conscious and avoid toxic chemicals as much as we can. This is the best toxic-free whole house cleaning mop and surface cleaner we use! Cleans my tile floors very well. Cleans the bathrooms and tubs too! The water tank is a good size and last me a while. It's very-well made, sturdy, easy to use, and does the job well! The only 2 things I would change is if there were extra mop pads. I clean the floors often and I like to use a new clean pad. The second thing I'd change which is just a small inconvenience is to have a step-down mini scrubber like in the other powerfresh models. It would really speed up getting dried foods off the tile floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the powerfresh slim heavy duty steam mop Because I have a rental unit and the brown grout looked black and the tiles had paint and stains on them. I was going to rent a commercial steam cleaner, but after reading reviews I decided to go ahead and buy one. With a bit of scrubbing with the red round detail brush then going back over the whole flooring with the regular mop head the results cleaned and sanitized so well,the mop payed for its self. When I got back home I had to by one for my primary home.
