[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I suggest is the trigger switch should be one that you could just click to start and then let go of the trigger. The trigger has to be compressed firmly for it to work and when doing large or various floors at times the slightest and I mean the slightest released tension on the trigger and steam stops and my wife can't hold the trigger that firmly. Otherwise, the steamer is GREAT!!

I like how I can adjust the steam output. I have not yet tried the attachments, but I am confident they will work equally well. Throw away your pails, mops and spray bottles. This product is truly amazing.

Just purchased this steam mop and I am in love! Came home right away to try it out and very impressed. Super easy set up, I was up and "steaming" in 15 minutes. First project was to tackle the grout in my kitchen. I started in a small area and because of the dampness, I couldn't tell at first if it worked. I decided to try out my bathroom tile while I waited for kitchen floor to dry. I came back after tackling some of the bathroom and boy, was I surprised! My grout looked brand new! Was so excited I finished the entire kitchen grout and mopped and moved to my other bathroom. In an hour I had cleaned tile and grout in a kitchen and bathroom. Can't wait to try some of the other attachments later.

This thing is wonderful for cleaning grout! I can't get down on my knees to clean, but can use this and it does the job. I was disappointed that it did not seem to do a great job cleaning my tile floors that have rough surfaces, but once I did a heavy duty cleaning, it seems to maintain them well. Very easy to use!
