The grout tool is amazing, the microfiber pads with scent dics complete the job and leave my floor looking good as new. Thank you bissell for making a back breaking job so much easier, faster and more sanitary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for my linoleum floors and my tile floors. It works great. Very happy with how well it cleans hard stuck on grim on my floors and tile. The grout cleaner attachment doesn't clean the grout. The other attachments don't do anything spectacular. I don't use them because they haven't been useful in what they are intended for. The wand feels wobbly and it's disconcerting when having to maneuver the mop. It feels like it could come apart or snap off. The mop pads are not the easiest to put on but they clean well. I love the constant steam and the two settings. It takes longer to dry then ones I've had before but it is a trade off with the ease and the deep cleaning it does. If it felt more secure when it's attached to the mop I'd give it a four star. If I could give two different ratings I'd give it a 5 starts for its cleaning ability and it would get a 4 stars for the fact it doesn't feel secure when all put together and 2 stars for the attachment.

amazing multipurpose mop

I wasn't sure which mop to buy until I found this one. Never before have I seen such a multipurpose mop. Amazing. I feel our house is much cleaner ever since using it,and with all the attachment options, there's something for even the stove and shower, more than just floors. Thanks Bissell. #sweepstakes
