[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a good steam mop for long since I moved to Canada from Korea. In Korea, houses have floors not carpets so there are so many choices to buy and easy to find a good one . Unfortunately every steam mop I bought made me disappointing but not this Slim mop . Especially handheld steam cleaner is amazing ! Not only I clean the floor I clean my kitchen and bathroom with this mop! It is quite light so easy to use. I bought this Power Fresh steam mop and pricey Dyson wireless vacuum cleaner at same time and I like both of them but this mop satisfied me more than the expensive vacuum purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I suggest is the trigger switch should be one that you could just click to start and then let go of the trigger. The trigger has to be compressed firmly for it to work and when doing large or various floors at times the slightest and I mean the slightest released tension on the trigger and steam stops and my wife can't hold the trigger that firmly. Otherwise, the steamer is GREAT!!
