[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with my new steam mop. I have used it on my tile and hardwood with great results. Old carpet stains and upholstery stains are gone. It works like a charm! I steamed a quilt that was hanging on my wall and it removed creases and made it hang more smoothly. I blasted out the gunk in the rubber seal on my fridge and freezer, as well as all of the itty bitty crevices in my windowsills. Used it on my cook top and took off years of grime that I thought was permanent, as well as on my tile shower where it made a big difference by removing all the water spots and scaling. It puts out a ton of steam, has a nice long cord, is very easy to use and the tank holds a good amount of water, so that I can really get into a cleaning session without a refill. Things are cleaner and shinier with less elbow grease from me. What's not to love about this product!! PS This steamer is not magic, if you have some really bad dirt build up it won't remove it instantly, but with a little time and energy you can remove more of the build up each time you clean, seeing fantastic improvement over time. If you are lucky enough to have a new home or new appliances etc. using the steam cleaner will ensure that you don't ever get that gross build up in the first place.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading online reviews and Consumer Reports' ranking of steam mops (in which the PowerFresh Slim Mop receives the top spot), I bought one for my daughter when she moved into her new 500 sq. ft. apartment. We steamed seemingly everything...kitchen cupboards, sink, tile backsplash, floor; bathroom tile, tub, sink and toilet; wood floors; carpets; mattress; chairs; couch; drapes; storage baskets; and more. The steam mop is easy to use--converting easily from the large mop to a hand-held steamer. Tools galore. Steam cleaning is quicker than the old fashioned mop and bucket, and produces a superb clean. Because I rinsed the mop pad in a bucket of warm water with my favorite cleaner (Mrs. Myers), the steaming process left a lovely lemon scent throughout my daughter's apartment that lingered for days. I was so impressed by the product, I immediately bought a second steam mop for my own home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have large expanses of tile floors to clean. Previous attempts with manual and power mops left streaks. The heavy duty steam mop has not left streaks. Looks like the extra large head, the heavy duty scrub pad and the additional (separately purchased) heavy duty scrub pad seem to do the trick. Machine washing of the pads sets us up for a clean start next time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what I needed. I had a canister steamer prior. I never used it because it was too much of a hassle to get out, setup, use, and put away. This bissell is soooo much easier and better! Plus, it does the same things my canister one does.
