I work in EMS and never know what I'm bringing home. As a single mother of two children the last thing I want to do is expose them to whatever I bring in from work. They themselves bring in their own germs lol .... ahh the days of elementary school. With this steam mop the germs and crud don't stand a chance. Another upside is it doesn't scare my dog... another dirt source .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this. Had a different brand steam mop and this one is far more powerful. The best part is the tool kit, which I've used for grout and scrapping off burnt off food. The only part I don't like, which seems to be a common complaint, is that you have to hold down the power button the entire time you're using the mop. It's not difficulty, it's just a nuisance.

I have always used a regular mop - the power fresh steam mop is waaaay beyond that! The handheld steam cleaner is a great option - have since used it to wash windows (using the squeege I purchased separately), to clean silk plants and the wheels of my car! All - in - all, a great investment.

I love this steam mop. This is my 3rd steam mop and by far my favorite. The last two purchased were Sharks, and while they did the job, they seemed "rickety". When my last one broke I was looking at other mops and found this one. The cost was a little more, but it is so worth it. The mop head is a nice size, the machine is very sturdy, and it has different ways to use it for different surfaces. I've used it to do my floors, deep clean my kitchen, clean the grout and clean my deck furniture. It heats up fast and puts out a good amount of steam. I'm so happy with my purchase! One bit of a warning...when using it as a handheld steamer, the tip where the steam comes out is not protected and is very hot. I've accidentally burned myself twice on it! That said, I'm still so very happy with it. Just might be something to consider for future models.
