[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used mainly for floors. My old Thane mop produced more steam. I don't feel it does a great job on the floors. Does not work spectacularly on grout as other reviews claim. The product itself is well made and sturdy and the steam attachments work well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. Works really well. The only improvement that needs to be made is the grout tool needs to be more heat resistant. The first one we had melted after an hour of cleaning. Bissell is sending free replacements.
