[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Steam Mop, the removable head and extension made it so much easier to use on all surfaces. The only disappointment, was, when it suggests cleaning after every use it should say 'before' the pads have a chance to start drying. Which is hard if your doing a whole house. But if you don't, they will be stained forever.

I tried removing it with cleaners, but that didn't work. But 5 seconds with the hand steamer (with attachment) got it right up. Nice product - well designed. Recommended.
