I have used this on both hardwood and tile and am shocked how much cleaner they are than when you use a regular mop. It cleans grout amazingly. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I suggest is the trigger switch should be one that you could just click to start and then let go of the trigger. The trigger has to be compressed firmly for it to work and when doing large or various floors at times the slightest and I mean the slightest released tension on the trigger and steam stops and my wife can't hold the trigger that firmly. Otherwise, the steamer is GREAT!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very versatile product. Really enjoying coming up with new uses for it. Glad I sprung for the convertible version, cause we use the handheld a lot. Comes with tons of attachments. My only real complaint is that the attachments aren't labeled, and the description in the manual is limited, so we're still trying to figure out what some of them are.
