[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not impressed!!! I have another steamer by bissel that was WAY cheaper and it does a better job!! I actually HATE this steamer! The head actually cracked on it already. I don't think it steams the floors well at all. The spot you put the water into is very awkward. It does NOT stand on its own, is heavy and NO where to wrap the cord.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product is really good. the tile in my kitchen is very old and porous, even with suitable cleaning products I could not clean the blackened pores. But after two cleaning sessions with the steam mop my tile is white again. Grout accessories work great. The cons for me is the fact that after a while you get tired in your arm from the weight and also that it did not clean everything at the first use ... But i bought it for an issue a couldn't resolve another way, so for cleaning routine it must be a charm.

I had high expectations because all my other Bissell products are amazing but the power of the steamer is weak. I expected more since it has expected. It cleans well which I love and I love the pause button. I don’t regret my purchase. Overall I like the steamer just not its cleaning power.

Disappointing Performance

I purchased this steam mop primarily for its promised ability to clean walls, but unfortunately, it severely underperforms.
The primary issue is the sheer weight of the unit. Because the combo incorporates the handheld steamer into the main unit, the handle is extremely heavy. After just a few minutes of mopping, my arm and wrist were fatigued.
This weight problem is compounded by a terrible design choice: you must depress and hold the power button the entire time you are mopping to generate steam. This requires constant, tiring pressure, making a simple chore unnecessarily difficult and painful.
Furthermore, the machine simply does not generate enough heat. Despite following the instructions, the steam output did not get hot enough to feel like it was truly sanitizing or effectively cleaning tough spots. It felt more like a damp, heavy wipe than a powerful steam cleaner.
Finally, attempting to use the handheld or upright unit on vertical surfaces like walls is nearly impossible. Not only is the handle too heavy to maneuver comfortably overhead, but the excessively responsive swivel head means the mop pad spins wildly. Instead of allowing for controlled up-and-down motions on the wall, the head constantly swivels sideways, making any attempt at precision cleaning utterly frustrating.
Overall, this unit is awkward, tiring to use, and fails to deliver on its core promise of powerful steam cleaning. I do not recommend it.

Horrible machine. Totally does not clean like advertised and is very glitchy. It is also very loud with constant banging noise and does not even push the steam through the pole to the mop.

I finally looked in the book the only thing it says is shake the pod to let the two reach the water level. Hello what does that mean? I got a hold of the tube and the little round thing is all corroded, although I was using distilled water, but it still is corroded I have tried to clean it, but it floats around in the water. I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be or not how about a better troubleshooting guide

i have the orange version purchased in early 2024. used 3 times as a handheld steamer and twice as a mop and no longer produces steam. total junk. unfortunately its probably passed the warranty.
