The only thing I have found that I don't like about this steamer is the small attachments, like the grout cleaning tools, do not remain locked on the wand. This should be redesigned so the little brushes don't keep unlocking and falling off. Other than that I am completely satisfied with this steamer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used my new Steam Mop one time so it's a little early to review it as I feel I may not be giving it a fair rating. I was very disappointed when I started to mop my kitchen ceramic floor as it seemed like I'd only hear a little shoot of steam every now and then and the floor didn't even seem damp. So then I called customer support and watched the trouble shooting video and after doing everything I was told to do (including putting a paper clip in the hole at the end of the stick), it seemed better but I'm still not completely sold it is doing the best job possible. I purchased this product because of the excellent reviews and because of all the little tools included which I am looking forward to trying but have not used yet. I'm hoping my review will be changed to 5 stars once I've given this product more of a chance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a really good job on hardwood floors and tile. The flat surface tool doesn't lock in well and moves quite a bit. Bissell should have put a trigger lock and cord hanger on it. These little things are just that. All around pretty good.
