[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving it a 4 star, 4.5 my actual number. I have used it once on the entire (did not move furniture) house (about 2300 sq ft) tile floors. It is a little challenging to keep the button held down for large cleaning areas. The steam was consistent, never had issues as I was cleaning running out of steam. It is a little awkward to maneuver in tight spaces and does not lay flat to go under furniture like beds. Overall I recommend this mop, I have not ever owned or used a steam mop and am very pleased with my first full house cleaning use.

I bought this steamer to replace a Shark when it quit on me after a few years. I use my steamer to do curtains, hardwood floors and tile floors and the new one works great on all three. The Bissell design is better at directing the steam to the floor than the two sided Shark mop head, this may be why some have stated their opinion that it does not make as much steam as its competition while the Bissell is actually directing all of that steam to the floor and not letting half waft away. I therefore make less passes to clean the same amount of floor as I did before. The long cord is great as well, not as much changing outlets to reach my whole house. Overall a good machine for the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm converted for life. Can I admit that I never mopped with the bucket and all that? I used a Swiffer WetJet, but other than that the floors went without. Glad I did the research and got this thing instead of a bucket or any of the cheaper steam mops or other types of electric mops. Things in my house are now cleaner than they've ever been. This pairs super well with the cordless Dysons - Dyson first to get all the fuzz, then Bissell for the grime. I can't imagine cleaning the shower tile, the stainless steel sink, the bathroom countertops, and, of course, the floors, without this. I use it on everything, and it takes a lot of the chemicals and manual labor and rags, etc. out of cleaning. Can't wait to use it to steam the wrinkles out of my clothes, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with my new steam mop. I have used it on my tile and hardwood with great results. Old carpet stains and upholstery stains are gone. It works like a charm! I steamed a quilt that was hanging on my wall and it removed creases and made it hang more smoothly. I blasted out the gunk in the rubber seal on my fridge and freezer, as well as all of the itty bitty crevices in my windowsills. Used it on my cook top and took off years of grime that I thought was permanent, as well as on my tile shower where it made a big difference by removing all the water spots and scaling. It puts out a ton of steam, has a nice long cord, is very easy to use and the tank holds a good amount of water, so that I can really get into a cleaning session without a refill. Things are cleaner and shinier with less elbow grease from me. What's not to love about this product!! PS This steamer is not magic, if you have some really bad dirt build up it won't remove it instantly, but with a little time and energy you can remove more of the build up each time you clean, seeing fantastic improvement over time. If you are lucky enough to have a new home or new appliances etc. using the steam cleaner will ensure that you don't ever get that gross build up in the first place.
