I've never seen my daughter excited to show off cleaning, but when I came home after the first time she used it, she was all lit up with what she called "her new toy". She said it made her feel powerful as she was easily removing stuck on grime and had to show me. The floors aren't sticky and we have to use at least 2 gallons less water since we don't have to fill a mop bucket. It's easy to use and so versatile. #sweepstakes

Weight is a huge issue and i was told this product was light weight. Lie! I am saddled with a product that i cannot use due to the wight and my handicap. This was not my first Bissell online order (my old steamer finally died) and i am very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had this for a week but it cleaned the tile floor, vinyl and hardwood really well. the steam is great doesn't make my wood floors wet. Did a great job getting the dirt off. I also use the steam mop to clean the floor in the camping trailer, does a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a great product! I used it in our shower to remove mould in the grout and it worked very well. The grout tool is excellent. I also used the large pad on the tiles and wow - they looked fantastic when I was finished. The only downside (and it's quite minor) is that during this big job, I had to refill the tank twice. But doing so is easy so not a big deal. Love this Bissell product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a steam mop for a while now. I watched multiple online reviews and this model was very highly rated. I had very high hopes for this unit and hoped that it was worth the wait (it took 2 weeks to arrive). The unit I received appeared to be used (scratches quite apparent on the hand held unit) but during COID-19 I'm stuck at home with very little to do other than declutter and clean, so I decided to keep the unit anyway. It doesn't heat up / produce as much steam as much as I would like (or from what I have seen the unit capable achieving online). First I tackled the minor grease build up on my stove using the small scraper unit. I wasn't able to cut through the grease and ended up scrubbing it by hand the old fashioned way. Next I tackled the bathroom sink and tub/shower. Sadly again, the steam couldn't cut through build up of soap scum (not thick soap scum-as I had cleaned the bathroom the week before). That being said, it did a fine job on my tiled floor (kitchen and bath).When the weather gets warmer, I'm going to try it out on the barbeque. Fingers crossed it's going to do a good job. There are a multitude of reviewers advising not to use steam on hardwood floors while others believe that there is no reason not to use steam on hardwood floors. My hardwood is in need of being resealed so I will not be using the steamer on the my hardwood. The unit itself is light and fairly easy to handle however I may consider a cordless unit in the future. Despite the steam not blasting away at grease and soap scum as well as I would like, I do like the fact that I can use steam rather than chemicals to clean around the house.

Even though they get cleaned regularly, I had no idea how dis-colored and gross looking they were until I cleaned with this! I used the handheld part with the green scrub attachment and then went back over and steam mopped. I can't wait to use this for windows and clothing!
