[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. It does an amazing job on tile floors. I've cleaned granite countertops and tile walls in shower areas. Nice job! Can't wait to use it on our boat and in the tracks of door slider tracks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how lightweight this steam mop is. Very easy to use and setup. Also haven't used all the accessories yet but seems to have a lot of different uses which is great. Currently tried it on our hardwood oak floors and works great! Would have liked a scented version of this mop but I guess you can always buy the bissell scented water for the extra smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having moved into a different home during Covid-19 it was very reassuring to know I was able to steam and disinfect many surfaces. This steam mop seems to do an excellent job for my needs.

I love this steam mop. This is my 3rd steam mop and by far my favorite. The last two purchased were Sharks, and while they did the job, they seemed "rickety". When my last one broke I was looking at other mops and found this one. The cost was a little more, but it is so worth it. The mop head is a nice size, the machine is very sturdy, and it has different ways to use it for different surfaces. I've used it to do my floors, deep clean my kitchen, clean the grout and clean my deck furniture. It heats up fast and puts out a good amount of steam. I'm so happy with my purchase! One bit of a warning...when using it as a handheld steamer, the tip where the steam comes out is not protected and is very hot. I've accidentally burned myself twice on it! That said, I'm still so very happy with it. Just might be something to consider for future models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the steam mop! it cleans the floors very quickly. I used the detachable top and attachments to clean the tile grout in the bathroom. It removed 20 years of dirt in 20 minutes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a good steam mop for long since I moved to Canada from Korea. In Korea, houses have floors not carpets so there are so many choices to buy and easy to find a good one . Unfortunately every steam mop I bought made me disappointing but not this Slim mop . Especially handheld steam cleaner is amazing ! Not only I clean the floor I clean my kitchen and bathroom with this mop! It is quite light so easy to use. I bought this Power Fresh steam mop and pricey Dyson wireless vacuum cleaner at same time and I like both of them but this mop satisfied me more than the expensive vacuum purchase.
