[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for my linoleum floors and my tile floors. It works great. Very happy with how well it cleans hard stuck on grim on my floors and tile. The grout cleaner attachment doesn't clean the grout. The other attachments don't do anything spectacular. I don't use them because they haven't been useful in what they are intended for. The wand feels wobbly and it's disconcerting when having to maneuver the mop. It feels like it could come apart or snap off. The mop pads are not the easiest to put on but they clean well. I love the constant steam and the two settings. It takes longer to dry then ones I've had before but it is a trade off with the ease and the deep cleaning it does. If it felt more secure when it's attached to the mop I'd give it a four star. If I could give two different ratings I'd give it a 5 starts for its cleaning ability and it would get a 4 stars for the fact it doesn't feel secure when all put together and 2 stars for the attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't seem to steam that much. VERY uncomfortable to hold the steam button down constantly. You have to hold it all the way in to get any reaction. Does a fairly decent job of the floor. I will probably go back to my spin mop and vinegar water which is less tiring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works very well and without harsh chemicals. I received it a couple of weeks ago and I have used it to clean the floors, the stove and the bathroom. Just note that it needs to cool down before you switch the tip attachments so you might need to plan your cleaning day, but other than that I am very happ with this product. Also, I cannot install the wall attachment because I am a renter but I found a box that fits all the components and the Deionized water as well, and it is not a big deal to me.

Solid product. Only reason why I'm giving it a 3 star is that I bought this product a month ago and noticed that it been making this knocking sound or clicking every time I press the trigger. I looked up the video for the knocking and did the steps but still making the sound. I emailed bissel so hopefully I get helpful tips or get it fixed.

Ideal for really bad spot cleaning

I am 74 and all the floors in my house are either carpet or cork so when I was gifted the Power-fresh Slim Steam Mop . At first I did not know what to use it for. I put it together, filled it up and went out to my deck. My deck is made of Trex an artificial product that looks like wood. With a small red brush head on the steam mop I was quickly able to remove some moss that grew on the deck in the shade. But that was a small spot and it seemed like a lot of mop to get a small spot. I then thought of my garage which has an epoxied floor and has not been cleaned in years. Swept , yes, but never really scrubbed or mopped. And there were grease spots and black rubber from the tires on the blue epoxy floor. So I tried the mop and at first all it seemed to do was take off the surface dirt but none of the tire black or grease. So I removed the long handle and put on the little green brush head and with the long handle in my left hand and the hand held pod in my right I applied the steam and rubbed the brush and the black was gone in a puddle of dirty water. So I pushed the mop through it and it picked up all the dirt and I had a clean floor again . It is a two handed operation with cleaning with the right and mopping with the left and it gets the job done. The Slim Steam Mop is very nicely made and a lot of thought has gone into its design. My Steam mop now hangs in the garage and will be used to clean both the deck and the garage as needed..
