I just wanted to clean my floors with steam and holding the trigger down the entire time was kind of tiring for me. I will be sticking with the Bissell CrossWave!! :)

It was a bit strange when I first used my new Bissell Powerfresh slim heavy duty. It seemed too easy & good to be true ! Wow!!!! I am sold & I tell all my friends & family to get one .I have mostly tile floors throughout my home in Florida & I am thrilled the way this makes them look & feel ! It also removes build up in corners & baseboards & moldings Like new. I am very impressed & so is my dog ! Less chemicals & fumes from floor cleaners for him to be exposed to . I love it !

Only reason this isn't 5* is that there is no good way to store the cord. If they could make the cord retractable or even better if this was cordless I'd upgrade in a second

Also haven't used all the accessories yet but seems to have a lot of different uses which is great. Currently tried it on our hardwood oak floors and works great! Would have liked a scented version of this mop but I guess you can always buy the bissell scented water for the extra smell.
