[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really well! We just built a new home and the construction workers left pain marks all over our tile floors. I was using a mop and swiffer before this, and I couldn't get the paint marks off the floor. This did it within seconds. It was amazing. And the tools allowed me to get closer to the walls. I love it! I was worried about the cord, but it's super long and doesn't really bother me.

I have the older model steam mop cleaner that i believe works better on floors. This model runs out of steam quickly and when I called customer support they told me to turn the machine off and let it rest and it will work again which is true, however once you start to cleaning I really dont want to stop. When I first started to use the machine it ran for a longer period of time know as it gets older I have to turn it off more frequently. I like all the features and attachments but the short use time is frustrating. I have used on the kitchen counter tops and shower works great when its working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this steam mop at the request of my wife. She wanted one of the lesser models, but I look for value in the things I buy. As a result, I bought this model due to the versatility and all of the attachments that are included. I have been stuck at home with a broken foot and ankle for almost 2 months now. I can attest to the fact that you can clean almost anything with this steam mop, I look for new things to clean regularly as a way to keep myself from falling down the boredom hole (that's how I ended up in my current predicament to begin with). This steam mop is simple, easy to use and swap attachments, and you can use it all over the house and even the car. My hardwood floors have never looked so shiny, a good steam mopping and a coat of polish (she has to do that part) and viola! Long story short, I would highly recommend this steam mop to anyone. Light weight, easy to use, extremely versatile, works well and doesn't take much space to store it. Mike

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for my linoleum floors and my tile floors. It works great. Very happy with how well it cleans hard stuck on grim on my floors and tile. The grout cleaner attachment doesn't clean the grout. The other attachments don't do anything spectacular. I don't use them because they haven't been useful in what they are intended for. The wand feels wobbly and it's disconcerting when having to maneuver the mop. It feels like it could come apart or snap off. The mop pads are not the easiest to put on but they clean well. I love the constant steam and the two settings. It takes longer to dry then ones I've had before but it is a trade off with the ease and the deep cleaning it does. If it felt more secure when it's attached to the mop I'd give it a four star. If I could give two different ratings I'd give it a 5 starts for its cleaning ability and it would get a 4 stars for the fact it doesn't feel secure when all put together and 2 stars for the attachment.
