[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the steam cleaner twice now and although there are some great features and it does seem to work well overall, there are flaws which are making me rethink my purchase. PROS: cleans well, good steam and the power cord is adequately long. CONS: very top heavy and painful on the wrist. It even gave me a blister on my thumb after steam cleaner all the floors throughout the house. I don't think I will be able to do the whole house in one go again. Also, I don't see anywhere in the instruction manual about what each accessory is for. It'd be helpful to know the difference between the green and red brushes, for example.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam mop works just fine got alot spots out that normal mopping couldn't. The only issue I have is the water tank makes a bubbling or clicking noise when your using the steam. (I've only used it once so that may go away with time)

It's not heavy, cleans hard-to-reach spaces, and i find i don't strain my back as much as with a regular mop. Also love being able to clean our mattress, windows and more with all the attachments. Definitely recommend!

Solid product. Only reason why I'm giving it a 3 star is that I bought this product a month ago and noticed that it been making this knocking sound or clicking every time I press the trigger. I looked up the video for the knocking and did the steps but still making the sound. I emailed bissel so hopefully I get helpful tips or get it fixed.
