Works great but too heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the results cleaning with steam but bc the device that produces the steam is what you hold on to and manage steam is so heavy I am reluctant to use it as often as I might have.

This caught my eye as I love that this one is multi purpose and has attachments and other uses. So far I've had the item for a couple of weeks. I've managed to use many of its attachments to clean my home. I cleaned my kitchen and bathroom shower, the dark tiles with soap scum, the grout, the counters, etc. I love its multiple uses and versatility. It heats up quickly. So far I do like it a lot.

The steam mop looks sleek and beautiful. It comes with many different accessories for the different jobs it can tackle. User friendly as well. I especially liked the accessories for the shower it now makes cleaning the bathroom a breeze. And it has really helped keep a more hygienic house for a couple that works 12-15 hour days it makes keeping up with the cleaning faster.

Cleans well but cumbersome

Heats up quickly and cleans well but you have to hold the trigger the entire time and it starts to hurt your hand. The trigger should be able to be locked in position. Also there's no way yo wrap up the cord nicely. And there only a pause button, no on/off so you have to unplug to stop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop 2075 Series back on March 9, 2019. I tried to use it for a few months but it's been in my cleaning product closet for most of the time - about 4 1/2 years. I finally told my husband I was going to throw it because it was a piece of junk. He took it and checked it out and said the steam comes out but as soon as you put the mop head on, you can't hear the steam unless you lift it up. I had an Oreck prior to this and I could always hear the steam but when it finally quit working, I thought I'd try Bissell. After my husband blew air and water out of it, I tried it again today and I'm still not pleased. The floor gets damp and the mop head wipes up any dirt but it certainly does not feel sanitized or really clean. Lesson learned - no more Bissell products at my house!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after a few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop worked well at first but then stopped producing steam. I cleaned the filter, and it will maybe work once again but the next time I try to use it there is no steam. It's now completely unreliable and I'm ready to toss it.
