Happy with purchase despite trigger issues. Should be on/off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this steam mop for disinfecting my entire house. It works well except it has ONE MAJOR glaring problem. The trigger mechanism doesn't really make any sense. I get that it saves steam, but it should just be a click on/off button or the trigger should be removed and the buttons on the back should start / stop the dispersal of steam. The trigger makes it difficult to maintain constant steam and becomes uncomfortable after long periods. This is literally the one thing that is preventing this device from being perfect.

Weight is a huge issue and i was told this product was light weight. Lie! I am saddled with a product that i cannot use due to the wight and my handicap. This was not my first Bissell online order (my old steamer finally died) and i am very disappointed

The grout tool is amazing, the microfiber pads with scent dics complete the job and leave my floor looking good as new. Thank you bissell for making a back breaking job so much easier, faster and more sanitary.

It started making a loud rattling noise and not enough steam came out to do anything. This was a total waste of money because I purchased the complete package with scented cleaner!!! Not happy !!

Floors, along sliding portion of windows, 3 year old crazy glue on stainless steal, and I can't even start to describe how clean our BBQ grill is!! With ease and less mess! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop 2075 Series back on March 9, 2019. I tried to use it for a few months but it's been in my cleaning product closet for most of the time - about 4 1/2 years. I finally told my husband I was going to throw it because it was a piece of junk. He took it and checked it out and said the steam comes out but as soon as you put the mop head on, you can't hear the steam unless you lift it up. I had an Oreck prior to this and I could always hear the steam but when it finally quit working, I thought I'd try Bissell. After my husband blew air and water out of it, I tried it again today and I'm still not pleased. The floor gets damp and the mop head wipes up any dirt but it certainly does not feel sanitized or really clean. Lesson learned - no more Bissell products at my house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually I'm quite disappointed in my bissell. I had a shark before for many years but it died but I was happy with it. Consumer report recommended your steamer as one of the best so we bought it. After using it the first no steam was coming out of the pad. My husband tested it without the pad and at each connection steam was emitted. At this point we called the factory tech and reviewed all the previous comments with him.he agreed to send us new pads. We have tried them but still not a lot of steam. If no results we will be returning the steamer for a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the steam cleaner twice now and although there are some great features and it does seem to work well overall, there are flaws which are making me rethink my purchase. PROS: cleans well, good steam and the power cord is adequately long. CONS: very top heavy and painful on the wrist. It even gave me a blister on my thumb after steam cleaner all the floors throughout the house. I don't think I will be able to do the whole house in one go again. Also, I don't see anywhere in the instruction manual about what each accessory is for. It'd be helpful to know the difference between the green and red brushes, for example.
