Keeps blowing fuses

Unable to use the product as in any plug in the house it immediately blows the fuse when being plugged in. It was bought a year ago and we just tried to use it. So disappointing especially as we live in a new home so all the outlets are grounded properly.

Suggest Bissell develop a machine specific to wall cleaning. We own the Bissell carpet cleaner, 2 vacuums and 2 steam mops in our household. ALL work great!! Thanks Bissell!!!
