[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot to like, it cleans really well in almost every use case and there's a good amount of attachments that are actually functional. It's not perfect though. The cord is cumbersome, and actually a bit too long. And there isn't a well thought out cord keeper on the unit itself, or on the wall mounted storage. A retractable cord, or cord wraps on the unit would have gone a long way. As it is you're expected to just coil it up on your own. Secondly, the storage isn't very well thought out. There isn't a place to hold all the attachments, so some end up in a drawer or cabinet. It doesn't make sense. Lastly, the attachments attach to the main unit somewhat loosely, and are prone coming loose during use. I find myself constantly having to lock them back into place. Non of these are deal breakers, but all could have been avoided with better design decisions. It cleans well enough that I can overlook them, though. Hopefully there will be a 2.0 version in the future that addresses these issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does great, the only downfall is having to hold the trigger in the entire time of use. Other steam mops I've purchased had the nifty feature to shut off when the machine was stood up in the locked position or and on/off bottom. On the plus side I loved the attachment features and how easy they were to change.

Waste of Money!

Have two Corgis and need strong steam to clean my ceramic tiles, this product is not the one. I just bought two weeks ago to replace an old Bissell steamer, wish I had kept that one. Hate this steamer too much work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like it so far but have only used it for mopping tile

My wrist and arm got a bit tired the first time I used it but now I can use it with ease. I did purchase the liquid cleaner to add a fresh scent to my cleaning but it was not with it. Smells good in bottle but can smell it on floors. Ill still with distilled water. Also tried the lemon fresh sent disks and can't smell an lemon fresh sent. Sticking with distilled water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Versatility of the steam mop is why I chose this model. So far I have used it on the tile floor in the kitchen and in the bathroom on grout. Cleans just as well as a standard mop but with just steam and is less messy. You will still need to get on your knees to thoroughly clean grout as mud/dirt will still get caught in places. Overall it cleans just as well as a mop, as you will still need to really scrub for a deeper clean. I would recommend this to someone who was looking for a more efficient way to mop. But do not expect this to be your only cleaning tool.

I use it on multiple surfaces. I find it challenging if I need to stop in the middle of the task - have to find a place to lay it. The stronger your upper body and arms are the better job you can do.

I like how I can adjust the steam output. I have not yet tried the attachments, but I am confident they will work equally well. Throw away your pails, mops and spray bottles. This product is truly amazing.
