With two heat settings, the 2075 Slim Steam Mop does a great, fast cleaning job, and that's what counts the most for me. The high heat setting really does work on the ground-in dirt. I haven't tried all the little attachments yet (and there are a bunch), but I did use the Flat Surface tool to clean around and behind the toilet -- it works great in that tight space. Changing tools is quick and easy. The wall hanging mount is great to get the mop out of the way and still have it ready to go next time. All in all, it's a nice, light-weight improvement to previous models.

Magic on grout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Steam mops are magical! My cleaning heart is so happy! We moved in three years ago and the floor in our bathroom has always looked like this. I probably scoured 30+ years of grime out of these tiles. So gross! Still not my favorite tile, but I can at least live with it for a little while longer and not get totally disgusted every time I look at it. The Bissell Powerfresh Slim 3-in-1 is my new best friend! Using the handheld pod, red brush, and a bit of elbow grease to scrub both tile and grout it performed really well. The grime was really built up and I had to clean out the bristles often, but I was expecting that for the initial deep clean. I also pretreated the tile flooring with a vinegar solution to loosen the dirt before scrubbing and that worked like a charm. For a big job like this I had to refill the tank several times, but if there was a larger water tank it would have added extra weight and made it difficult to maneuver the pod. Haven't tried the extension arm or the mop head yet, but I think it will be a great way to keep all that grime build up at bay.

Keeps blowing fuses

Unable to use the product as in any plug in the house it immediately blows the fuse when being plugged in. It was bought a year ago and we just tried to use it. So disappointing especially as we live in a new home so all the outlets are grounded properly.
