[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the concept, however I wish the pad was a little smaller so it would reach into tighter spaces. I also wish the steam buttons had some kind of lock on them because it becomes tedious holding the button down. I also wish the mop would stand on its own and not fall over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved how handy and slim this is and it heats up quite fast. I have not tried all the tools yet but I love the fact that I have options. The only issue is that I have to constantly hold the button for the steam and the top is quite heavy to hold for some time. This is a great option for small apts and condos.

The only thing I have found that I don't like about this steamer is the small attachments, like the grout cleaning tools, do not remain locked on the wand. This should be redesigned so the little brushes don't keep unlocking and falling off. Other than that I am completely satisfied with this steamer.
