[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and the ability to refill the tank without waiting for it to cool down. However, the steam output is not consistent. It only has a small burst of powerful steam. For the most part I can put my had in front of the steam and not have it hurt my hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Steam Mop, the removable head and extension made it so much easier to use on all surfaces. The only disappointment, was, when it suggests cleaning after every use it should say 'before' the pads have a chance to start drying. Which is hard if your doing a whole house. But if you don't, they will be stained forever.

Love it!!! It saves me a lot of time! I would not go back to my old mop! Perfect size and very handy. I love all the tools that come with the mop. It heats up in no time and works silently. I also bought the scent discs and would highly recommend them. I use the low steam on my hardwood floors and the high steam on my ceramic floors.
