[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and the ability to refill the tank without waiting for it to cool down. However, the steam output is not consistent. It only has a small burst of powerful steam. For the most part I can put my had in front of the steam and not have it hurt my hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Floors, along sliding portion of windows, 3 year old crazy glue on stainless steal, and I can't even start to describe how clean our BBQ grill is!! With ease and less mess! Love it!

The only disappointment, was, when it suggests cleaning after every use it should say 'before' the pads have a chance to start drying. Which is hard if your doing a whole house. But if you don't, they will be stained forever.
