It is easy to use and the attachments interchange simply. The steam cleans the surfaces well. The grout brush could use some re-engineering of the material used since it did not hold up in the first 15 minutes of use. The green bristle brush did a better job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and the ability to refill the tank without waiting for it to cool down. However, the steam output is not consistent. It only has a small burst of powerful steam. For the most part I can put my had in front of the steam and not have it hurt my hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Floors, along sliding portion of windows, 3 year old crazy glue on stainless steal, and I can't even start to describe how clean our BBQ grill is!! With ease and less mess! Love it!
