The Bissel PowerFresh Steam Mop is excellent for cleaning grout and tile floors. I have used it to steam clean many other areas of my home as well. It heats up quickly and does a superb job of keeping things clean and bright. You might even say it is fun to use! I did not appreciate the fact that initially, I had to exchange it for one that worked properly; however Bissell allowed me to keep all the accessories that came with both items. The cord is hard to store and gets in the way when using the machine. It is nevertheless light and easy to move the unit. The accessories are easy to access and it is very simple to change to the handheld position. All in all if the machine lasts it is an excellent buy.

Suggest Bissell develop a machine specific to wall cleaning. We own the Bissell carpet cleaner, 2 vacuums and 2 steam mops in our household. ALL work great!! Thanks Bissell!!!

Now, I have the shinny floors and I don't have to go on my hands and knees to get a perfectly clean floor.
