I like it so far but have only used it for mopping tile

My wrist and arm got a bit tired the first time I used it but now I can use it with ease. I did purchase the liquid cleaner to add a fresh scent to my cleaning but it was not with it. Smells good in bottle but can smell it on floors. Ill still with distilled water. Also tried the lemon fresh sent disks and can't smell an lemon fresh sent. Sticking with distilled water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for everything ! Bathroom and kitchen counters/floors, stove, bbq grill, steam my curtains and detail my car, it works great!!!! And is so easy to use and easy to switch out attatchents, did I mention how clean it Leaves everything!.. The only 3 bad things are..1) the steam stops for a few seconds while using it but starts right back up so it's no biggie 2) the bristles on the tools melt on a single use they are more like disposable tools.. 3) the deodorizer disks were not in the box.

I was amazed at the dirt it picked up after my housekeeper was here just 2 days earlier. I also use it to steam my daughters school uniform as an extra precaution against COVID. Cleaning my hardwood floors was always a chore I could not stand to do - this almost makes it enjoyable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 75% of the floors in my house are tile. This mop cuts my cleaning time in half! Not to mention how quickly they dry. I did a lot of research on steam mops before making a purchase. This mop definitely lives up to its reputation! I highly recommend this model.

It did great on cleaning my kitchen floors they are laminate floors and they machine did a great job. We have slate floors in the bathroom and it did great there as well.

I just wanted to clean my floors with steam and holding the trigger down the entire time was kind of tiring for me. I will be sticking with the Bissell CrossWave!! :)
