This product works well on washroom and floor surfaces. The elimination of cleaning products is a bonus. For vinyl blinds, use low steam setting, along with fluent rapid motion to avoid damage.

Great for small corners or small jobs (spot cleaning), but very tedious to use when cleaning a whole floor... Steam stops and starts, making you have to wait for steam often.

I bought this steamer to replace a Shark when it quit on me after a few years. I use my steamer to do curtains, hardwood floors and tile floors and the new one works great on all three. The Bissell design is better at directing the steam to the floor than the two sided Shark mop head, this may be why some have stated their opinion that it does not make as much steam as its competition while the Bissell is actually directing all of that steam to the floor and not letting half waft away. I therefore make less passes to clean the same amount of floor as I did before. The long cord is great as well, not as much changing outlets to reach my whole house. Overall a good machine for the money.

The product is excellent at what is supposed to do, which is getting hard floors clean with little effort. The fact that uses very little water is also a great aspect. The floors are extremely clean after using it. And finally the cable length is great and at least for me in my one bedroom apartment, it can be used only plugging in one wall socket and doing the job without having to switch to another socket. The only suggestion I would give is to include at least one or two fragrance discs, so customers can try before deciding if it's worth buying more later. I highly recommend this product if you like your floors to be perfectly clean and with very little effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love how many different options there are to using this steam mop! I've been able to clean my tile grout so quickly now! This has also been a lifesaver when it comes to cleaning our laminate floors. Before I was on my hands and knees scrubbing, but this has saved me SO much time. Plus, no chemicals which is amazing!
