It does a great job cleaning the floors and I like that it can be used as a separate steam cleaner without the mop attachment. It's been nice to be able to sanitize things without chemicals during this time of Covid 19.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When just using it as a handheld, it works very well. But once you attach the pole to use as a mop is leaks like crazy. Luckily the water that leaks out is not hot so it is still usable but I would not purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a much older model mop which detached w many same tools, and in the few months w/o one I recreated a moment I got to discovered all the uses again! I was able to repair my noisy exhaust fan from the ground w a couple of pumps, I clean walls, shoot down drains once in a while, cabinet doors, annual a/c cleaning you name it! It just makes me so happy lol

My only wish is that the trigger were a little easier to push. My hand got a little tired after holding it for long enough to clean a few rooms with hard floors. Still a great product! #sweepstakes
