It was for my daughter and son in-law, they love the cleaner, because it is easy to use and cleans the floor very nicely. My son in-law used it 5 times in a first week that he had it, he liked the way it cleans the floor.

Not what I expected

Have to hold the button down the whole time to get steam and then it leaves streaks on my floor. I really wanted to love it.

I love using this mop on tile floors in my kitchen and bathrooms. Shocking how much yucky stuff was on my floors that the mop picked up! Tool kit brushes and detachable hand held steamer worked well on baseboards. The swivel head is nice for tight spaces. Everything snaps in place and fits together nicely.

The Steam Mop & Handheld Steam Cleaner was a perfect gift for my mother. It's not too heavy for her and she can easily go from room to room without lugging cleaning supplies with her. She loves that she can disinfect her kitchen without using chemicals.

I used this product to steam my kitchen floor as well as the bathroom and my wood floor. I haven't used it in a while and today its just making a humming noise

Mostly good. The trigger is a nuisance as you have to keep it pressed all the time to get steam. It is difficult if you have arthritic fingers, like me.
