I love it. I wish it had a little more consistent pressure, and a hose attachment as an option, but I still love it.

I have a Great Pyrenees and he drools A LOT. My kitchen floor is the first room you walk into off my deck. I have been eye balling this steamer for over 2 years. I absolutely love it!!! Wish I bought it 2 years ago. So easy to use, light weight...just love it!

From floor to ceiling, this mop makes cleaning a breeze I love that it's an all in one tool. I like that it has scent pads but I also just use a cotton pad with a few drops of essential oils and it does the trick for me. The only draw back I would say is the weight of the mop, it can get a little tiring if you use it a lot. But all in all it's been super good to us! Great purchase!

With covid running rampant, I use this steam mop on almost everything. I spray the area with a strong disinfectant, let it dry and then steam mop the area. I did get a blister the first few times I used the mop from holding the trigger down. I would recommend making it an on/of steam switch for those of us who don't have much strength in our hands.

This mop is big and bulky. It doesn't stand on its own and you have to hold the steam button the entire time while in use. You only here the steams sometimes and it doesn't let enough water out for a good steam. In my opinion it wasn't worth the money. Wouldn't recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear this, Mary! Unlike many other steam mops, the PowerFresh Slim converts from a traditional steam mop to both an extended reach and a portable handheld steamer, giving you three steam cleaners in one machine. It has an on-demand steam trigger, so you can dispense the right amount of steam on your floors or other surfaces with every steam cleaning session. It comes with seven tools that can be used in both extended reach and portable handheld modes, so you can clean surfaces with the power of steam throughout your home. Plus, since the tools store right on the machine, switching them out while you're cleaning is quick and easy. And when you're done cleaning, the steam mop stores right in the included wall mount. If we can help with your steam mop, please call us at 1-800-237-7691.
