I have a Great Pyrenees and he drools A LOT. My kitchen floor is the first room you walk into off my deck. I have been eye balling this steamer for over 2 years. I absolutely love it!!! Wish I bought it 2 years ago. So easy to use, light weight...just love it!

From floor to ceiling, this mop makes cleaning a breeze I love that it's an all in one tool. I like that it has scent pads but I also just use a cotton pad with a few drops of essential oils and it does the trick for me. The only draw back I would say is the weight of the mop, it can get a little tiring if you use it a lot. But all in all it's been super good to us! Great purchase!

With covid running rampant, I use this steam mop on almost everything. I spray the area with a strong disinfectant, let it dry and then steam mop the area. I did get a blister the first few times I used the mop from holding the trigger down. I would recommend making it an on/of steam switch for those of us who don't have much strength in our hands.

This mop is big and bulky. It doesn't stand on its own and you have to hold the steam button the entire time while in use. You only here the steams sometimes and it doesn't let enough water out for a good steam. In my opinion it wasn't worth the money. Wouldn't recommend.

Plastic Tubing Is Junk

I purchased this steamer a little over a year ago. It has never worked great from the beginning...I chalked it up to just a subpar product. That was until this evening.....I've always wondered why I never saw any steam from this mop. Come to find out, the plastic tube inside the water reservoir was not connected to anything it was just floating around. I have literally taken the entire thing apart only to find there is no way to get in to the water reservoir. It is impossible to fix the tubing connection. I'm sure it has been like this since I purchased this product. This explains why it has never worked or steamed.....I'm upset with myself that it took this long to figure it out. I now have an expensive paper weight and floors that need cleaning :(
