Worst steam mop I've ever used

Truly one of the worst products I've ever used. In order for steam to come out, you have to hold the trigger and it is extremely painful for anyone to keep a finger on the mop. It does not stand upright on its own, so to fill it it up you need to sit it down. There is nowhere for the cord to hang so you're just dragging it with you. I will never buy another Bissell product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Couldn't wait to use my new product. I used it to clean the grout on our floor tile. We purchased the house and had been looking for a way to clean it. I don't think the grout had ever been cleaned. Worked great. This is my fourth Bissell product, I have the Pet Stain Eraser, I had the BISSELL CrossWave® All-in-One Multi-Surface Wet and Dry but gave it to my sister once I received my Cordless Crosswave and now my 3 in 1 steamer. So you can say I love Bissell products!

It's great! It works really well for a variety of things - cleaning floors, counters, sanitizing things. It's not noisy like some steam mops are. The added storage that clicks onto the machine for some of the extra attachments and the docking station that holds everything is a nice added bonus. It's easy to manoeuvre and reach hi and low. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because I feel that at the price point it is in, it should be a cordless machine. The cord it has is long, which is nice, however I was originally looking for a cordless machine. Not sure how the logistic would work on making one, but I can't imagine it would take that much battery power to head up and move the water. Would definitely invest in a cordless if it was on the market. The only other issue I noticed is the mop pads stain really really easy. I only used it once and washed the mop pad right away, hung to dry but it's incredibly stained.

I have always used a regular mop - the power fresh steam mop is waaaay beyond that! The handheld steam cleaner is a great option - have since used it to wash windows (using the squeege I purchased separately), to clean silk plants and the wheels of my car! All - in - all, a great investment.

There are two things that I do not like about the steam mop. The first thing is the very long electrical cord. I find it makes the work harder as it constantly interferes with cleaning. The second thing is the weight of the product. I am not a strong person and find it difficult to maneuver. I wanted this for the longest time and I am disappointed.
