I have used my steamer to clean my window seals, showers, oven, floor, stairs, and almost anything that can use a good steaming. I have dogs that occassionally slobber and will get caked on their floor mats and the scrubbing steam mop helps me make easy work of cleaning up after my pets. I love my steam mop and will always have one for my home.

Couldn't wait to use my new product. I used it to clean the grout on our floor tile. We purchased the house and had been looking for a way to clean it. I don't think the grout had ever been cleaned. Worked great. This is my fourth Bissell product, I have the Pet Stain Eraser, I had the BISSELL CrossWave® All-in-One Multi-Surface Wet and Dry but gave it to my sister once I received my Cordless Crosswave and now my 3 in 1 steamer. So you can say I love Bissell products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this to replace a very old and well-used Haan steam mop. i love the long cord, the clear water tank, and the easy switch from mop to steam cleaner. It did a great job on my tile floors, including the grout. I also did the front of my kitchen cabinets - much easier than using a soapy rag. the mop feels solid and sturdy. the only down side for me is that i'd like some replacement mop heads.
