[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works, but is not powerful at all. I've tested this out using the high steam function on grout and outside window sills and it really has little power behind it. Thus, while there is steam and it works, you still need elbow grease to scrub or really get into nooks to hand clean. So sad. I was really looking forward to this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the steam cleaner, it does a good job on my vinyl plank floors. I wish there was a way you could lock the steam trigger so you do not have to hold it down the whole time. That would make it so much easier to use.

I really did a lot of homework before I purchased this item. I am happy I chose the Bissell. I have ceramic floor throughout my house. Hand mopping took way too long and I never felt the floors were as clean as I would like. I am very happy I purchased the 3 in 1 steam mop. I wanted a handheld so that I could easily clean the shower. The only negative is I wish the handheld pod was not located at the top as it makes the unit heavy to handle.

Pretty awesome but cord gets tangled easily

Love this steam cleaner! It has great multiple uses. The only thing I don't like is that the cord gets tangled, no matter how much I try to unwind & organize..

I love it!!! Is making my life easier to quickly clean my kitchen floor which is laminate. I have a second home and I'm going to order a second one for my other home which has tile flooring. The best part is cleaning the bathroom wall tiles and flooring especially the grout brush. I'm enjoying seeing my home clean!
