[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very hard time grippingi this while I hold the steam button. My hand has slipped and the skin was sliced, not bad enough to warrant concern but enough to keep me from using it a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works very well and without harsh chemicals. I received it a couple of weeks ago and I have used it to clean the floors, the stove and the bathroom. Just note that it needs to cool down before you switch the tip attachments so you might need to plan your cleaning day, but other than that I am very happ with this product. Also, I cannot install the wall attachment because I am a renter but I found a box that fits all the components and the Deionized water as well, and it is not a big deal to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE LAMENITE AND HARD WOOD FLOURS AND WAS TOLD TO USE BONA TO CLEAN THEM. IT WAS AMAZING HOW DIRTY THE MOP HEAD WAS WHEN I FINISHED. I WILL ONLY USE MY STEAMER ON THESE FLOURS FROM NOW ON

The Bissell steamer is awesome. It cleans the tile and leaves no streaks or spots. Looks professionally done. Also, because you use steam there is no residue. I have been recommending to everyone I know.
