It cleans everything. The only thing is the attachments for the hand-steamer try to fall off during use, needs a better latching system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have large expanses of tile floors to clean. Previous attempts with manual and power mops left streaks. The heavy duty steam mop has not left streaks. Looks like the extra large head, the heavy duty scrub pad and the additional (separately purchased) heavy duty scrub pad seem to do the trick. Machine washing of the pads sets us up for a clean start next time.

The item I recieved appeared to me to be an item that had been returned to you that you sold to me. The parts weren't individually wrapped ot securely placed in the box. They were in there haphazardly. In any event, I tried it anyway. The steam was not constant or consistant. The pads flupped and flopped on their attached base. Thinking that I recieved a return item, I would love to use and review a brand new item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am honestly shocked with any bad reviews on this product. I have had mine for about a year now and I still love it. I feel like it is a quality product that is going to last through the years. However, if it broke, I would buy this same one again. I use it on tile..and linoleum with no issue. I wet the pad in hot water before I start steaming my floors to give it a little jump start and also sprinkle essential oils on the pad. Also great for cleaning grimy outdoor windows (and indoors!), the steam really loosens up the dirt. I have a glass top stove and use this to get that thing nice n shiny. No amount of scrubbing or products could get that burnt stuff off the stovetop in five years (rental, moved in to it like that) compared to what this did the first time I used it with the scrapping, then squeegeeing tools. I use it to steam my wrinkly clothes. One thing I will say is that I wish there were bigger scrubbing attachments available. I would love an attachment for scrubbing my bathtub and one the right size to clean my toilet bowl on the underside where there is stubborn grime (obviously not to submerge in the water lol). A wider flat bristle brush would be really awesome too. I do love the little scrubbing attachments, but the are too small for some jobs, which makes it too time consuming.
