[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rating is for floor cleaning only. I used the floor mop scrubber in my kitchen and small dining area and it did super. I haven't used any of the hand tools. I didn't rate it 5 stars because there is no trigger lock for continuous steam. My hand got tired from pressing the trigger as I cleaned. A trigger lock would be a nice feature. Also, it can be a bit difficult moving it around because of the weight of the long cord, not the device itself. It may be too heavy for some users.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely a game-changer for a household with two dogs. I have laminate flooring and was worried about how steam would affect them, but it's been great so far! I appreciate that there are two steam settings so that I can keep it on a lower setting to be safe. I still need to scrub a bit on paw prints, which is why I can't give it a full 5-stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this to replace a very old and well-used Haan steam mop. i love the long cord, the clear water tank, and the easy switch from mop to steam cleaner. It did a great job on my tile floors, including the grout. I also did the front of my kitchen cabinets - much easier than using a soapy rag. the mop feels solid and sturdy. the only down side for me is that i'd like some replacement mop heads.
