[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely a game-changer for a household with two dogs. I have laminate flooring and was worried about how steam would affect them, but it's been great so far! I appreciate that there are two steam settings so that I can keep it on a lower setting to be safe. I still need to scrub a bit on paw prints, which is why I can't give it a full 5-stars.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this to replace a very old and well-used Haan steam mop. i love the long cord, the clear water tank, and the easy switch from mop to steam cleaner. It did a great job on my tile floors, including the grout. I also did the front of my kitchen cabinets - much easier than using a soapy rag. the mop feels solid and sturdy. the only down side for me is that i'd like some replacement mop heads.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have steam cleaned all my floors and shower stalls since receiving my Powerfresh Steam Mop. What a worthwhile purchase. It cleans far better and more thoroughly than my Swiffer Jet or even hand-scrubbing. I'm thrilled with this purchase and don't find it unwieldy or heavy as another purchaser commented, and I'm the same age. I did think, for some reason, that it was supposed to come with 5 scent tablets and it didn't-but I read through many product descriptions before settling on this steam mop, so I may have confused it with another product description.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Steam mops are magical! My cleaning heart is so happy! We moved in three years ago and the floor in our bathroom has always looked like this. I probably scoured 30+ years of grime out of these tiles. So gross! Still not my favorite tile, but I can at least live with it for a little while longer and not get totally disgusted every time I look at it. The Bissell Powerfresh Slim 3-in-1 is my new best friend! Using the handheld pod, red brush, and a bit of elbow grease to scrub both tile and grout it performed really well. The grime was really built up and I had to clean out the bristles often, but I was expecting that for the initial deep clean. I also pretreated the tile flooring with a vinegar solution to loosen the dirt before scrubbing and that worked like a charm. For a big job like this I had to refill the tank several times, but if there was a larger water tank it would have added extra weight and made it difficult to maneuver the pod. Haven't tried the extension arm or the mop head yet, but I think it will be a great way to keep all that grime build up at bay.
