Works but making a loud noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was purchased 4 months ago, worked great, but now all of a sudden it is making a very loud noise. Still works, nothing clogged, filters clean, hoses clean. Makes horrible loud noise when turned on and loud enough to wake the neighbors! Emailed support twice . Chatted and got kicked out , been on hold now 30 minutes with customer support .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality Vacuum for pet owners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed using this vacuum so far. My house has a long haired cat and double coated dog, so we are in a constant battle with pet hair. This vacuum did an amazing job on our carpet, tile, and rugs. My favorite feature is the pet hair attachment for furniture. It has a unique design that really does a good job. I used it on my dog's bed and was shocked at how much it was able to remove. We've had a Dyson allergy for a while and I was more impress with this vacuum's ability with carpet and furniture. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

A great choice of vacuum for those with pets

It is much lighter than my last vacuum. The swivel action helps maneuverability and the brush roll really helps pull all the pet hair off the carpet. It was nimble around furniture and the extension wand made quick work of spots it wouldn't reach. The TurboEraser tool was the best. The rubber brushes remove pet hair from the couch with ease. Overall I think this is a great choice for houses with pets and even those without pets.

As a mom of 4 kids and 3 fur babies I'm so happy this is in my home. I hardly have time to get a really good clean but with this vacuum I can take care of it easily. The pet attachment picked up my pet hair quickly on my carpet, a life saver during shedding season. Definetly recommending this to all the other moms in my mommy groups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely thrilled with my new Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet Upright vacuum cleaner! I was given this upright vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. After receiving it, I decided to test it out right away and was blown away by its performance. Compared to my old vacuum, this one is a game-changer. I vacuumed a carpet that I had been regularly cleaning with my previous vacuum, and I was shocked at how much dirt and debris this new one picked up. The bin was filled with dust and particles that my old vacuum clearly missed. Not only is it incredibly powerful, but it's also easy to use and maneuver around furniture. The attachments are practical and make cleaning different surfaces a breeze. The turbo brush attachment worked better than any like it I have ever used. It did not lose any suction or power to the brush while using it on my sofa. I couldn't be happier with this product - it's made my home feel cleaner than ever! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a vacuum upgrade.

I hadn't used a corded upright vacuum in many years and wasn't sure what to expect from this one. We were blown away! With three pets and two kids, we vacuum regularly and also have a cleaning service come in occasionally, but this vacuum picked up what must have been years' worth of hair that other vacuums had missed! It was gross and also satisfying to see. The suction/power is outstanding. We've not used the tools much yet, but look forward to the thorough clean this machine provides!

Okay Vacuum, could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this upright vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My first impression of the vacuum was that it looked nice and study and I really loved the extension arm feature. I have pets and kids so there is a lot of fur and messes that need cleaned. This vaccum does very well on hard floors and on carpeted floors but on my rugs it just simply doesn't work. Other than not working on my rugs it was very easy to use. While I have only used the extension arm a handful of times it seems to be a nice feature for cleaning hard to reach places! Overall, if you have a fully hard floor or a fully carpeted home this would be an absolutely wonderful vaccum. However, I'd be weary if you have a lot of rugs or doormats!

Seriously powerful, lightweight and easy to move

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My initial impression of this vacuum was disbelief - it was appalling just how much debris this vacuum sucked up from a six foot area of carpet in under a minute. We have two pets (a cat and dog) so staying on top of the fur left behind is always a big task. That's actually my number one priority in a vacuum - and the CleanView Swivel Pet Upright model gets the job done. Being able to see what is sucked into the canister is also a huge plus for us, especially with a kiddo at home who stashes random toys to be found while vacuuming! Overall, I most appreciate the design, ease of setup and extension tools. I love the smallest attachment which helps me to quickly reach cobwebs and dust in corners of the ceiling and around the edges of the floor. One of the best features is the turbo attachment which is perfect for cleaning pet hair from furniture, and something I definitely wish I had before. The swivel design of this vacuum makes it a joy to maneuver and the cord is long enough for me to around get entire rooms with ease. My only complaint is that the power button and unlocking pedal were both on the left side of the machine (I prefer to use my right foot). Not a big deal for me though, considering how much I love the effectiveness of this machine. I am very happy I was able to receive this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and look forward to using it for years to come.
