Worst purchase ever

Got this vacuum as it seemed to take care of all my vacuuming needs. It's alright on carpets but not on hard floors. It just blows dirt and hair around without picking any of it up. Changing the height doesn't seem to make any difference either. Wish i could return it but can't so now I'm left with a useless paper weight and the need to buy another vacuum
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super light and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum arrived while we were out of town on an extended trip - so needless to say the house hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time (& we have two cats and medium sized dog - imagine all that fur!!!) so this was a perfect time to really test out the vacuum's capabilities. Cat and dog hair had accumulated pretty much everywhere including on the furniture and in the corners. This vacuum did the job! We have a mix of flooring types between our two levels (think wood on one level and thick carpet in another, plus rugs) and it easily navigated between settings to get the proper height and suck capacity. I especially loved the angle brush attachment that fits on the end of the angled extension wand - it made cleaning the crevices and steps so easy. Also the vacuum is deceptively light which helped on the stairs. The swivel head is so easy to maneuver around furniture even my 4 year old could easily use the vacuum. In fact, my little one has asked to use the vacuum every day since we opened it! I call that a win!! The only thing I wish is that it had a stronger auction to really get those stuck on hairs out of fabric on the first pass; however it did a much better job than my other vacuum - also a pet one. Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel I know have a dedicated and amazing upright vacuum that the whole family can use and I no longer have to schlepp one between the different levels!

Decent vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This vacuum came nearly all together. It has two different attachments for the hose/wand. One is for things like couches or beds and the other for stairs and such. I have not used the attachment for couch, I have used the one on my stairs and it worked great. The pedals are very easy to step on, to lower the vacuum and to turn it on. It has a very strong smell of burning when I used it the first three times. It seems to be getting better with use. The things I do not like about this vacuum are, the swivel is very stiff and hard to move around. I also do not like that you have to have the stair attachment on the side with the cord wrap. If the other one is on that side it becomes a pain when trying to take the cord off or put it on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but flawed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own two other cleaning devices from this brand and love them, but this vacuum was ultimately a disappointment. First the good: It feels good to maneuver, looks good, is relatively light, and has excellent suction power. The bad: When using the extension wand to clean the couch and other surfaces, dust started coming out of the hole where the extension wand connects into the vacuum. Everything I'd vacuumed previously started to be released into the air. Seems like a manufacturing defect and the company has agreed to replace it for another. Hopefully it won't have the same issue. I got this vacuum for free through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and appreciate the opportunity to use it.

Tool that picks up some much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this upright vacuum. I was able to try out the Clearview swivel pet vacuum cleaner made by Bissell and it is a great vacuum. I love the color of this cleaner the black and the blue. It has adjustable heights for all flooring and carpets. Which is nice to have one product that can help with all flooring. The cleaning brush has a lot of brush's to pick up and do all the cleaning. It is lightweight and has washable filters. So no pesky bags to change. Just dump the easy dirt tank once's your done. The attachment is pretty long to get all those hard to reach areas. It also has a small brush attachment to clean your furniture. The vacuum has a great suction and picked up so much from my carpets. I really liked that it picked up all the pet hair on my furniture, which is awesome. I didn't think it would get that much up. In my opinion this is a great all around vacuum cleaner to have.

I always buy Bissell but won’t buy this model agai

This vacuum has great suction. I like the cleaning power. I do not like the wand; the attachments are much harder to use the way they attach. Especially that edger pice with the small brush. It’s impossible to reach the crevices in my car. The wand is far too long to vacuum between the seats of my car as well. When cleaning out the cylinder, I have to use my hands to get out the debris. The grooves or spirals make it difficult for pet hair to be released.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very dirty

This vacuum works very well when I use it. However, in order to use it the next time, I have to literally take the whole thing apart to clean the dog hair out of the container. It is disgusting! I have to take it outside. It is not as easy as shown in the video. The hair gets stuck at the top, and I have to get something to pull it out. I am totally covered in dog hair and dust. I hate it so much.
