Ultra suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the vacuum, it was very easy to put together. The quick start directions showed me how to get it set up. I was looking forward to see how the vacuum would work on my most used pet areas (carpet covered stairs). I was impressed at the level of suction immediately. I used the attachment with wand to do the stairs and the amount of hair it quickly pulled up was shocking (but also yay!). I then tested it in my kids room and living room and it worked so well. I haven't experienced a bag less or wand attachment that has this level of power. It was fairly light to carry around and easy to empty out the container once I was done. There was also nice swivel action when using it as upright. I look forward to using it more around the house. I also liked the hose was super easy to take in and out. I was able to use it on my couch where my cat sits very easily. I received this product as part of Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Works but making a loud noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was purchased 4 months ago, worked great, but now all of a sudden it is making a very loud noise. Still works, nothing clogged, filters clean, hoses clean. Makes horrible loud noise when turned on and loud enough to wake the neighbors! Emailed support twice . Chatted and got kicked out , been on hold now 30 minutes with customer support .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality Vacuum for pet owners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed using this vacuum so far. My house has a long haired cat and double coated dog, so we are in a constant battle with pet hair. This vacuum did an amazing job on our carpet, tile, and rugs. My favorite feature is the pet hair attachment for furniture. It has a unique design that really does a good job. I used it on my dog's bed and was shocked at how much it was able to remove. We've had a Dyson allergy for a while and I was more impress with this vacuum's ability with carpet and furniture. A great choice of vacuum for those with pets

It is much lighter than my last vacuum. The swivel action helps maneuverability and the brush roll really helps pull all the pet hair off the carpet. It was nimble around furniture and the extension wand made quick work of spots it wouldn't reach. The TurboEraser tool was the best. The rubber brushes remove pet hair from the couch with ease. Overall I think this is a great choice for houses with pets and even those without pets.

As a mom of 4 kids and 3 fur babies I'm so happy this is in my home. I hardly have time to get a really good clean but with this vacuum I can take care of it easily. The pet attachment picked up my pet hair quickly on my carpet, a life saver during shedding season. Definetly recommending this to all the other moms in my mommy groups.

Great for pet hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My overall impression of this vacuum is quite positive. The performance was consistent, and it effectively picked up dust, debris and pet hair from both hard wood and carpeted/upholstered surfaces. The look and design of the vacuum are sleek and modern. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I do somewhat question the longevity and long term quality of the materials, as I the vacuum is significantly lighter than other vacuums I've had, and the materials have more of a plastic feel to them, but my initial impression of the look and feel is positive overall. The extension wand was a standout feature. It significantly helped in cleaning hard-to-reach areas, such as ceilings, corners, and under furniture. One piece of construction criticism I can offer is that the vacuum tips over easily when the hose of the wand is extended, but it is easily accounted for by moving the body of the vacuum along with you as the wand is used. The brush roll combined with the swivel feature made cleaning around furniture and tight spaces much easier. The brush roll effectively picked up pet hair and dirt, while the swivel allowed for smooth navigation around obstacles. The vacuum comes with two tools. Both tools can be stored on the vacuum itself, which is a very useful feature. The 2 in 1 dusting brush did a great job of removing pet hair from my couch, and I especially appreciate that the bristles are hard plastic vs brush-like. Overall this is a high quality vacuum and I am happy to recommend it!

I love how easy it is to detach and resecure the hose from the body to use the attachments, and how simple it is to adjust the brush-roll height. The swivel makes it super smooth to navigate around furniture. It's great that both tools/attachments have a spot on the body of the vacuum to keep them handy. The small brush is great for furniture and stairs, and the crevice tool is combined with a duster that's perfect for vents and fans. This handy vacuum is the perfect addition for my house full of dogs, cats, and kids. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to try it out!

Strong Suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is super easy to put together. It took me less than five minutes and it was ready to go. I was impressed at how much suction this vacuum has. I have several cats and this vacuum does a super good job picking up the cat hair and all the little bits of scoopable litter that find its way into my carpet and onto my flooring. The pet tool attachment is so handy for vacuuming the furniture and the steps. All you have to do is press one button to release the wand and put on your attachment. It's easy to adjust the height of the vacuum from bare floors to a high carpet. I was wondering how it would do on my shag carpet and it did an excellent job. This vacuum is able to swivel. It took me a while to get used to that as I am used to manhandling my current upright. It's so nice just to be able to easily twist it into a spot. When you're all done vacuuming you just press another button to release the canister. It's easy to empty. You just release the bottom of the canister right into the wastebasket.
