Absolutely the best vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have found my perfect vacuum finally. I have never had a vacuum that cleaned my floors as good as this one does. I'm amazed by the pet hair it can pick up. It can swivel into areas that I haven't been able to get to without moving heavy furniture. The overall cleaning time is now less. The expandable handle is handy to use. I will definitely be purchasing another one to put in the living area downstairs. I am honored to have been chosen by Stellar Product Testing Panel to test out this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Bissell on floors, area rugs, and bedroom carpets. I have a cat and the Bissell picks up the fur, beautifully. Although having the detachable hose is helpful it comes off a bit to easily for normal vacuuming at times. Overall, love the product!

We have four kids who are ten and under, two dogs, and two cats. Needless to say, we rely heavily on our vacuum! This vacuum has great suction and is lightweight. Overall it is an awesome vacuum! It picked up a lot that my old one left behind. We have both hardwood floors and carpet. It did an outstanding job on the carpet. My kids spilled a container of uncooked oatmeal on the carpet and it picked it up easily. It did not swivel as much as I expected, but it is still very easy to maneuver around furniture. The extension wand is great to get into hard to reach areas. I love the dusting brush/crevice tool, it is smaller than on my previous vacuum and able to get into corners and hard to reach areas a lot better. This vacuum is awesome on pet hair and dust on our hardwood floors, however it did not do great when I tried vacuuming dry rice from them. The rice was spun out and scattered everywhere by the brush roll. The wand picked it up easily though. It is a nice vacuum. I would definitely recommend it!

The extension tool is probably the most useful. It navigates well around furniture. I'd love for it to be cordless, that's why 4 stars. I love that I don't have to cut hair out of the brush roll.

When I first opened the box, the vacuum was easy to put together and ready to use. Before turning it on, I was expecting an average vacuum performance. It surprised me with its suction, maneuverability, and performance. It did a great job picking up pet hair from the carpet, switching to tile and picking up dirt, and was easy to move around furniture. I was overall very impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the vacuum, it was very easy to put together. The quick start directions showed me how to get it set up. I was looking forward to see how the vacuum would work on my most used pet areas (carpet covered stairs). I was impressed at the level of suction immediately. I used the attachment with wand to do the stairs and the amount of hair it quickly pulled up was shocking (but also yay!). I then tested it in my kids room and living room and it worked so well. I haven't experienced a bag less or wand attachment that has this level of power. It was fairly light to carry around and easy to empty out the container once I was done. There was also nice swivel action when using it as upright. I look forward to using it more around the house. I also liked the hose was super easy to take in and out. I was able to use it on my couch where my cat sits very easily. I received this product as part of Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Works but making a loud noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was purchased 4 months ago, worked great, but now all of a sudden it is making a very loud noise. Still works, nothing clogged, filters clean, hoses clean. Makes horrible loud noise when turned on and loud enough to wake the neighbors! Emailed support twice . Chatted and got kicked out , been on hold now 30 minutes with customer support .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality Vacuum for pet owners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed using this vacuum so far. My house has a long haired cat and double coated dog, so we are in a constant battle with pet hair. This vacuum did an amazing job on our carpet, tile, and rugs. My favorite feature is the pet hair attachment for furniture. It has a unique design that really does a good job. I used it on my dog's bed and was shocked at how much it was able to remove. We've had a Dyson allergy for a while and I was more impress with this vacuum's ability with carpet and furniture.
