[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have pets in the house so we picked to this vacuum and so far it does a great job I'm picking up everything out of the carpets and floors and what's nice is you can change how high or low you want it for your carpets definitely happy with my purchase as of now

Initial results are good but wears down fast

I was very impressed by this vacuum within the first year of owning it but sadly after that its quality declined steadily and am now having to replace it so I would not recommend it for its long term durability

I purchased this vacuum TWICE within one month. The first one broke within a week, I used it three times. I returned it and got the same exact one and the same exact thing happened within a week. It makes a loud noise while turning off. Huge disappointment.
