[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 5+ years of having a different, smaller upright Bissell, it finally quit on us. I contacted Bissell and they gave me a great offer towards a new one, which I thought was really nice! So we upgraded to a Big Green! Goodness...this thing kicks butt! It's been a muddy summer and our dogs really did a number on our carpet. No problem for the Big Green! Just take a look at the picture! The right side is under our bed which I hadn't moved yet and the left is where I ran through. Our carpets look new! They smell good and are fluffy like when we bought them! I'd say the only thing I don't care for is when you shut it down, it does leak out dirty water where the wheels are and the suction. But honestly I've never had a carpet cleaner that doesn't do that lol. I'll just keep setting it on a towel when I'm done with it or in between rooms. I wouldn't trade it for anything! It's awesome! Thanks Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] powerful but very heavy. leaves dirty water and dirty fibers when stop or change direction so stains carpet with dirty water. sprays water both ways frontward and backward but only sucks up water going backwards so doesnt clean both ways really.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased and have only cleaned one room but was pleasantly surprised at how well it cleaned my carpet. I was hesitant because I had a highly rated Bissell before and it didn't draw the water out of the carpet. But this one does a great job. After pulling out what looked like muddy river water (so gross) my carpet kinda fluffed back up. I love how easy it is to clean up the tanks and machine after you're done. The one thing I don't like is not being able to see very well what it's sucking back up. You're supposed to keep going until it's clear but you can't really tell when that happens. I haven't used the attachments yet. I wish those could be stored on the machine. I'm pretty excited to get the next room done. I hated cleaning carpet with my last machine because I had to continually force the head down into the carpet to get the water back out but it was a breeze with this one. It's definitely heavier than I'm used to but that part doesn't concern me. I have no idea how long this machine will last so time will tell if it's worth the money. But it is so much better than the last 2 machines I bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an older Bissell heated pet pro cleaner that we had for many years. This model was an excellent choice. Better cleaning, larger water tanks and easier emptying of the waste tank. Despite the size and weight the unit is easy to maneuver. The longer power cord and hose means less reconnecting and we can clean multiple rooms and stairs without relocating the unit. Definitely worth the price and should have purchased this model originally. Great product Bissell!!!
