[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine, effective, we have a Dyson and Bissell vacuum cleaner but this machine still brings even more dirt and dog hair to the surface, carpets feels so nice after cleaning even if part of it is psychological, we have 2 dogs with one a lab and another ACD and I love using this machine even though I hate household chores #sweepstakes

Probably one of the best carpet cleaners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best cmsmall carpet cleaners on the market, easy to use and great power behind this machine, the only thing I'd say is they need a better suction power on the hose but other than. That it's a perfect machine, also weighs a bit, but I'm young so no problem with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 5+ years of having a different, smaller upright Bissell, it finally quit on us. I contacted Bissell and they gave me a great offer towards a new one, which I thought was really nice! So we upgraded to a Big Green! Goodness...this thing kicks butt! It's been a muddy summer and our dogs really did a number on our carpet. No problem for the Big Green! Just take a look at the picture! The right side is under our bed which I hadn't moved yet and the left is where I ran through. Our carpets look new! They smell good and are fluffy like when we bought them! I'd say the only thing I don't care for is when you shut it down, it does leak out dirty water where the wheels are and the suction. But honestly I've never had a carpet cleaner that doesn't do that lol. I'll just keep setting it on a towel when I'm done with it or in between rooms. I wouldn't trade it for anything! It's awesome! Thanks Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] powerful but very heavy. leaves dirty water and dirty fibers when stop or change direction so stains carpet with dirty water. sprays water both ways frontward and backward but only sucks up water going backwards so doesnt clean both ways really.
